It was decorated with Fire-King mugs, cute M&M's characters, and records, and it was absolutely wonderful♡ ⁡ The hamburgers, which he apparently made himself, have an irresistible coarsely ground patty◎ I ordered the Kanda Burger, named after the town! It had onion rings, bacon, and cheese🧀 It was incredibly delicious! ⁡ They've also started a night-only menu, which I tried✨ First, dessert! I also ordered French toast🍞 The thick-cut toast was soaked in egg batter, making it crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside It was incredibly delicious! It's similar to the French toast my grandmother used to make for me, and that's a big plus for me (´༥`)♡ ⁡ They've also started serving plates perfect for dinner 🌙*ﾟ My daughter chose her favorite chicken nanban as her main dish! The crispy coating on the chicken and the homemade tartar sauce were a perfect match! This is a popular imagawayaki restaurant in the area. Look for the sign that says "Story" (Monogatari) on it. ☺︎ ⁡ Imagawayaki is known by various names, such as imagawayaki, kaitenyaki, and obanyaki. But here, we call it imagawayaki. ⁡ ✤Black Bean Paste Manju ✤White Bean Paste Manju The bean paste filling is made with 100% Hokkaido Tokachi red beans. While traveling in Kitakyushu, I stumbled upon this restaurant on my way to visit relatives in Yukuhashi. The signboard caught my eye, but the restaurant is located on the second floor of a building, giving it a hidden, secret spot vibe. Here, you can enjoy nutritious set meals crafted by a licensed dietitian 🍚. I entered the restaurant right at opening time, and it quickly filled up to near capacity. Despite its location, it seems to be very popular. Moreover, the meal includes freshly brewed siphon coffee. The coffee beans are Mandheling, offering a smooth flavor with minimal acidity—a truly authentic taste. The design of the Japanese Zen temple is simple yet elegant, with swaying bamboo forests and gurgling springs. You can feel the breath of nature. The quietness around seems to cleanse the soul and make people forget the hustle and bustle of the city. Here every step is a spiritual practice, and strolling along the gravel path can’t help but give rise to a sense of tranquility. Although the cherry trees in the courtyard are not as lush as in midsummer, they sway gently in the breeze, as if whispering to me. At this moment, I think this is the charm of Zen, which makes people feel the depth in simplicity.
