Huanjiang Cycling Route (Highly Recommended!)
· Route: Wenchang Bridge → Dongti Road → Huanjiang Waterfront Avenue → Jinglan Bridge
· Distance: About 20 km, cycling time about 2 hours
· Highlights: This route follows the Liu River, offering especially beautiful scenery. Along the way, there are many viewing platforms and rest areas, plus plenty of spots to dip your feet in the water. June is especially cool here. Duleyan
20 minutes by car from downtown, this is a karst cave with stunning stalactites and a very cool interior, making it a great summer retreat. The scenic area also has many temples and ancient buildings, with very few visitors and a peaceful atmosphere.

1 hour by car from downtown, this is a Dong ethnic minority village featuring many Wind and Rain Bridges and Drum Towers, along with traditional Dong architecture. Hot Springs
Liuzhou’s hot springs are very famous. We recommend Phoenix River Hot Springs, 30 minutes from downtown. The environment is excellent with many different pools. Although hot springs in summer might sound hot, you feel very comfortable afterward, and it’s especially refreshing to soak at night.
Ride the Water Bus
You must try Liuzhou’s water bus. It costs 3 yuan per person and cruises along the Liu River. It’s much cheaper than a sightseeing boat and is a daily transportation method for locals, full of local life vibes. We recommend Line 1, from Nanchedu to Dongti Pier, passing many attractions along the way.
Visit the Vegetable Market
