Great customer service Always willing to go the extra mile to help out. The staff is amazing always there when needed. Clean room hallways stair ways and even laundry room is excited has a elevator and also handy cap room Which is great and a smoking floor which I’m a smoker so but they are the top 5 I would definitely go back to and stay. Aloft Hotel is the MUST STAY hotel of 2023. The modem touches of the wall decor, the shower with the steam, bedroom perfect for melting away stress, and the door dash option bring it straight to your door. I was pleased to say the least. The pool was something I had never thought about until I stayed there. I ended up going to the pool, I was the only one at the time , and not only wading around in the water but relaxing on the chair. #urbanexplorer
