Customers can purchase the train tickets from Trip.com and choose the trains from St Pancras to Luton. After arrive at Luton, customers need to purchase the shuttle tickets to airport (about £5). Only one stop, customers will see the Luton airport. The rooms were roomy and tidy, and it was a pleasant touch to find a fan available since it was a warm evening. The staff members were courteous and welcoming. The breakfast offered a nice selection for both adults and kids (we have a 4-year-old) and was well replenished. It was an enjoyable stay for a last-minute booking—we slept well and left with satisfied stomachs for our travels the next day.

I recently stayed at Citi Hotel London Luton and had a fantastic experience overall. The staff truly stand out — friendly, professional, and always ready to go above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable and welcome. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and genuinely warm. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained — ideal for both short and extended stays. Although the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, this isn’t a problem. There are plenty of excellent breakfast spots within a short walking distance, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes and budgets. The location is also superb — close to Luton town centre, convenient public transport, and just a few minutes’ drive from the airport. If you want affordable comfort with outstanding staff and easy access to food and transport, Citi Hotel is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

The staff are truly amazing—I had a wonderful, relaxing spa day that included two 55-minute treatments and lunch. The spa team was highly professional, and the mansion house staff were outstanding. Lunch was fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed my solo visit here.

The hotel is conveniently situated just a three-minute trip from both the airport and train station. The staff were warm, welcoming, and consistently helpful during our stay. The hotel and our room were clean and well cared for. After a long trip, the comfortable bed and excellent shower were much appreciated. The room was quiet—we didn’t experience any disturbances and couldn’t hear any airplane noise either. The restaurant’s food was delicious, though a bit pricey. Breakfast included a basic Full English, but it was freshly prepared and of solid quality. One thing to keep in mind is the transport to the airport: a bus (routes Z, H, or A) costs just £1.90 for a single journey, but the hotel doesn’t clearly advertise this. The bus stop is conveniently located just across the street. While the hotel can organize taxis, the price ranges from £6 to £25 per trip, which felt steep for such a short distance. This is partly because taxis are charged £10 to enter the drop-off area, a fee passed on to you but rarely mentioned. Opt for the bus—it’s only a three-minute ride and could save you over £20 each way!

London felt festive and elegant, with beautiful lights, winter streets, and a quiet charm during the holiday season. Despite the cold, the city had a peaceful rhythm that made walking around enjoyable and reflective. Luton was quieter and more local — a good contrast after the city buzz. It felt practical and grounded, especially during Christmas when everything slows down. I also appreciated how Muslim-friendly Luton is, with a strong Muslim community, halal food easily available, and mosques nearby, which made the stay comfortable and familiar. Overall, it was a balanced holiday: festive moments, calm winter days, cultural comfort, and a smooth travel experience during Christmas. #travel
