Crossing the Nile on a felucca boat added a touch of serenity to the journey. The Valley of the Kings revealed the secrets of pharaohs, with its tombs painted in vibrant colors that defied the ages. The Luxor Museum provided a closer look at Egypt's past, its artifacts telling stories of an incredible civilization. Luxor was more than a destination; it was a voyage through time, a chance to immerse myself in the marvels of Egypt's ancient greatness.

We arrived in Luxor after a few days of excursions on the historical sites in Egypt already, but we’re still amazed by the magnificent temples and spectacular valleys, and of course the profound history of the city that dates back to thousands of years ago. We stayed at the Steigenberger Nile Palace during our stay, and were told it was one of the two best hotels in Luxor (the other being Sofitel winter palace), and the staff, the amenities and the view have made our stay even better than it already is, and I’d highly recommend this hotel for its price and it’s service to anyone who’s coming to this majestic city.
