I used to think that the cost of living in Europe was very high, but it was only when I arrived in the UK that I realized this is the real paradise. Every day was spent enjoying high-level aesthetics, accompanied by delicious food and beautiful scenery—it was absolutely worth it! Trip to London I visited many attractions in London, including the British Museum, Tate Modern, the London Eye, and Big Ben. These sites not only broadened my horizons but also made me rethink what true spending means. At Tate Modern, I saw masterpieces by artists like Van Gogh and Picasso. These works of art have been refined through countless trials, and each painting is priceless. Whitby Abbey I went to Whitby Abbey, a historic site built in the 7th century. The abbey features a unique Gothic architectural style. In the abbey’s garden, I saw many exotic flowers and plants, and birds singing joyfully in the branches. These natural scenes made me feel the charm of nature. Highclere Castle I also visited Highclere Castle, a historic castle built in the 17th century. The interior decoration of the castle is luxurious and full of aristocratic atmosphere. The castle’s back garden is also a major highlight, where I saw many rare plants and animals. These sights gave me a deeper understanding of aristocratic life. Shopping Experience in the UK Shopping in the UK was also a great pleasure. I visited the North Terminal No1 Lounge early in the morning from 6:00 to 8:00 am, and due to high demand there was nearly a two-hour wait, which clearly shows that pre-booking is highly recommended. Without a reservation, entry can be delayed during busy periods. The North Terminal lounge operates from 4:00 am to 8:00 pm, while the South Terminal No1 Lounge is open from 4:00 am to 9:00 pm, with lounges available in both terminals. Access costs £6 per person with lounge memberships like Priority Pass. For non-members, prices are £38 per adult and £22 per child. The breakfast spread was generous and enjoyable.
