Staying in Forest Cabins of Northern Iran
#hellohalloween During my trip to northern Iran, I stayed in a small wooden cabin deep inside the forest — a peaceful escape surrounded by tall trees and the sound of rain. Every morning, sunlight filtered through the leaves, painting golden patterns on the wooden walls. The air smelled of wet soil, pine, and fresh tea brewing on the stove.
At night, I sat on the porch, listening to the whisper of the wind and watching fireflies glow between the trees. There was no noise, no rush — just the quiet rhythm of nature.
Staying in a forest cabin in Gilan or Mazandaran feels like living in another world — simple, slow, and full of peace. It’s a place where you wake up with the birds, walk barefoot on the grass, and remember how little you need to feel truly alive.
Northern Iran, stretched along the Caspian Sea, is a land where mountains
#hellohalloween Northern Iran, stretched along the Caspian Sea, is a land where mountains meet the mist and forests breathe with ancient life. From Gilan to Mazandaran, the region is covered in Hyrcanian forests — green cathedrals of beech, oak, and alder trees that have stood for millions of years. Rivers flow between the hills, feeding rice paddies and tea gardens, while villages with wooden houses rest quietly among the fields.
In the early morning, fog rolls down from the Alborz Mountains, wrapping the land in a soft silver veil. The air smells of rain and wild herbs. Birds sing over the silence, and waterfalls echo through the valleys. Northern Iran is not just a place of beauty — it is a living connection between land, sea, and sky.

April turns Iran into a paradise. Wildflowers cover the meadows of Kurdistan
#hellohalloween April turns Iran into a paradise. Wildflowers cover the meadows of Kurdistan, and roses begin to bloom in Kashan. The weather is perfect — cool mornings, golden afternoons. Farmers harvest early greens, and travelers fill gardens, parks, and mountain trails. The smell of rain mixes with jasmine in the air. From north to south, the land feels new, generous, and full of life. April is when Iran truly becomes the “Land of Four Seasons.”
