We usually prefer the Sapsan for traveling from St. Petersburg to Moscow, but this time there were no tickets, so we used the Aurora. Overall, our impressions were good. ✔️The seats are comfortable. You can choose a single seat or two seats side by side. ✔️There's ample legroom. ✔️There's also ample luggage space, but we were traveling in a half-empty car. ✔️Each seat has power outlets. ✔️The breakfast is decent. You can choose from a menu. They also bring water. The ticket price also includes access to the business lounge at the station. However, we didn't need it. ➖The journey time is approximately 5:30, which is an hour and a half longer than the Sapsan.
