Shwedagon Pagoda
The Shwedagon or Greater Dragon Pagoda is known to be the most sacred site related to Buddhism in Myanmar as it contains a strand of Buddha’s hair and other religious relics. This 2,500-year-old pagoda is sited on Singuttara Hill in Yangon. Over the centuries, this pagoda has grown from 8 meters to 99 meters. It is believed that Shwedagon pagoda is believed to be built by the Mon during the Bagan period between the 6th and 10th century AD. This pagoda is covered in gold leaf; this stupa is covered in 4, 531 diamonds. The visitors of pagoda are expected to follow a dress code (preferably trousers with T-shirts with elbow-length sleeves) and enter the temple barefooted.

Ananda Temple is an amazing Buddhist temple that was built in 1105 AD during the supremacy of King Kyanzittha of the Pagan Dynasty. It is one among the four surviving temples of Bagan. The layout of the temple is in a cruciform offering several terraces of a small pagoda with the top enveloped through an umbrella. Booking A Holiday Tour Or Vacation In Myanmar
In my capacity as the UK Director of Operations for One World Tours Limited, one of my jobs is to ensure every client has the best tour possible, so here are my top suggestions for sites to take in during your holiday Myanmar formerly known as Burma.
1. Yangon is the capital city of Myanmar and is a typical Asian city with it’s beautiful green tropical trees and beautiful lakes. The wonderful thing about Yangon is that it has not been spoilt by modern development although it is progressing gently at it’s own pace. The city is the main entrance to the country and also houses the principle seaport.
Yangon is home to many stunning pagodas, one of the most stunning being The Shwedagon Pagoda which stands on Theingottara hill. This golden shrine is gilded from top to bottom which makes it glisten in the sun an absolutely awesome spectacle.

Myanmar's favorite treasure trove in Inle Lake! Take a boat and feel the life of the water town
When it comes to Myanmar's favorite place, it must be the cool Inle Lake! In the hot summer, Inle Lake is as comfortable as a spring breeze, even the wind is a refrigerator, it is definitely a summer resort in Myanmar!
The whole tour of Inle Lake is through boats, where the locals' buildings are all water cabins, which gives me the illusion of being in Semporna! In addition to watching the locals racing dragon boats and dancing and celebrating, you can also visit the textile factory. Of course, the luckiest thing is to double the rainbow. The joy of cheering everyone together is still fresh!
Inle Lake is best known for its fisherman's foot. The locals use the one-legged boat to cast nets for fishing. The picture is absolutely out of the picture. Unfortunately, we didn't go to shoot specifically, but when we passed the boat, it was enough to move!
Tips: You can fly to Heihe Airport, and you can take a boat for half an hour to get to the boat at Inle Lake! The whole Inle Lake is very large and has a great resort. If you can, arrange two or three days to explore Inle Lake slowly!
The Voice of Faith Lucky Light
came here during the rainy season. Fortunately, every time I take a photo, there is always a sunny day. Maybe the Buddha gave me good luck. The rhythm of Buddhism is a bit slow. I saw the murals about the story of Sakyamuni in the Jokdaji Temple of the Reclining Buddha. The little Buddhas inside are donated by the people. It is not popular here. The Buddhas prefer beautiful flowers and see the stars. Sitting down the cat, the monks and foreign friends will also come around and tease the cat. When walking barefoot in the temple, it feels really different. It seems to be more sincere and closer. The little brother of Myanmar said that the faith made us happy, and suddenly I felt that my little brother was wearing a cage.

The most beautiful scenery in the world

The sun in the afternoon is a little sun-baked, so be sure to prepare sunscreen when you go out. In the afternoon, I went to Myanmar to play, and I went out to the security check. After passing this gate, I went to another country: Myanmar, a country with a strong cultural atmosphere.
Myanmar Temple in Myanmar, picking up the stairs and seeing a few nuns in the devout chanting, did not notice that there were tourists. Many temples in China are not allowed to take pictures. I asked what I could take before taking pictures. Looking at their focus, they even slowed down their steps, for fear that they would disturb their chanting.
It is the earliest commemorative building of overseas Chinese in Myanmar and perhaps one of the earliest commemorative buildings of overseas Chinese groups around the world. From the Meng to the same dynasty, the dynasties of the kings of Myanmar, all of them used this place as the capital, which was the political, economic and cultural center of Myanmar at that time. Since ancient times, there have been many people living here.
The small nobs here, one after another, come and go, and every year will be different. However, they seem to show happiness and innocence, guarding the ancient pagodas, the magical land. Like the most peaceful star, warmly welcome, guests and friends from all over the world. The happy sand in the temple grows vigorously and keeps the youth. Simple and enthusiastic emotions infect pedestrians. Mahamuni Temple is located on the outskirts of Miaowu, the original temple where the famous Maha Muni Buddha was originally located. The appearance of the
temple is very common. However, inside the temple, there is another world. The Buddha statue inside is magnificent, quietly sitting, and guarding the people of this village in peace. Away from the worldly Maha Muni Temple, waiting for the village, adopting every wandering soul, inspiring a sincere faith; waiting for this land, calm and self-confident; watching the pedestrians as if they are silent, telling An old story. Inadvertently, it breaks into the little-known Pu'er Tao Temple, and the sand under the tower is quietly guarded day after day.
The quiet stupa, the memory of the light, faded away from the glory of the past, still standing here firmly, sticking to this beautiful village. In the face of this land, it seems to have broken into the exquisite scrolls, the quiet Buddhist temple, the trees are lush and green; the neat forest stands with a quiet temple; the warm and generous monks are waiting for the past and present of the temple; the cheerful atmosphere, the leap Into the ear. This long-lost intimacy is heartbreaking.
Miaowu, the most beautiful village in Rakhine State, is the most shocking village, quietly relying on the Rakhine Mountains behind it. Here, it seems as if you walked into the world of the stupa, giving people the illusion of being in Bagan. However, the people here live a quiet and peaceful life, and they are more quaint and more beautiful than Bagan.
Where you come here, its hard not to be touched by the kindness and optimism of the local people. They always focus on the Buddha. Although they are not rich, they are always full of happiness. This beautiful Buddhist life is heart-warming. Life longing.
The small train in the ring city of Myanmar is less than 100 meters away from the residence. It is the narrow-gauge railway of Yangon ring city. It has been in operation for more than 100 years since it was built and used in the British colonial period in the 19th century. On the old railway line covered with grass and trees, every half an hour there is a small train around the city, carrying the old time of the old town.
Standing in the small train station covered by greenery, watching the rickety little train slowly stand, shouldering the Burmese carrying the top of the head, carrying a skirt, grabbing the handle with one hand and struggling to climb The carriage, the little train whistle, panting and going to the next station.

Victoria Cliff Resort
Victoria Cliff Resort, which owns the concession for Nyaung Oo Phee Island, is about a 1 hour and 40 minute journey to the island. The place is quiet and feels like a private island because they limit the number of visitors. The sand is fine and white, and the water is so clear you can see the bottom from the boat. Nyaung Oo Phee Island is quite peaceful and far from other Myanmar islands. However, the island offers luxurious tent accommodations with private bathrooms and private rooms. The weather at night is not hot, and there is a breeze during the day. Each room is surrounded by lush green trees, providing a very shady environment. All meals here are buffet-style, featuring easy-to-eat Thai food. You can enjoy a comfortable stay with good food on this secluded island.
Koh Tafook - Myanmar
This place offers a super chill atmosphere with camping-style tent accommodations right by the sea. There is only one accommodation on this island, making it feel like a private island. The large tents can accommodate 2 people and come equipped with a fan, table, bed, blanket, pillow, and towel. The tents are available from 4 PM to 6 AM. The bathrooms are shared, which might be a bit inconvenient, but the stunning view more than makes up for it. If you want to experience a beautiful island with a fantastic atmosphere, you must visit this island in Myanmar.

A Journey Through Myanmar: A Land of Golden Pagodas and Ancient Cultures
Myanmar, a Southeast Asian country formerly known as Burma, is a land rich in history, culture, and natural beauty. With its sprawling ancient temples, lush landscapes, and diverse ethnic groups, Myanmar offers a unique and unforgettable experience for travelers.
One of the most iconic landmarks in Myanmar is the Shwedagon Pagoda in Yangon. This towering golden stupa, adorned with thousands of diamonds and rubies, is a symbol of the country's deep Buddhist heritage. Visitors can marvel at the intricate carvings, explore the surrounding gardens, and witness the daily rituals of the devout.
For those seeking a more serene and peaceful experience, the ancient city of Bagan is a must-visit. This UNESCO World Heritage Site boasts thousands of temples and pagodas, scattered across a vast plain. Visitors can climb to the top of the temples for breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and watch the sunrise or sunset over the ancient city.
Beyond the ancient temples, Myanmar offers a diverse range of natural attractions. The Inle Lake, located in the Shan State, is home to floating villages, stilt houses, and traditional fishermen who use their legs to row their boats. The Kalaw trekking region offers opportunities for hiking through lush forests, encountering local villages, and enjoying panoramic views of the mountains.
Myanmar's diverse ethnic groups contribute to the country's vibrant culture. The Karen people, known for their intricate weaving and tattoo traditions, live in the mountainous regions of the country. The Shan people, who inhabit the eastern part of Myanmar, have a rich cultural heritage that includes traditional dances, music, and handicrafts.
Despite facing challenges in recent years, Myanmar is gradually opening up to the world. Visitors can experience the warmth and hospitality of the Burmese people, explore the country's rich history and culture, and discover the hidden gems of this fascinating Southeast Asian nation.
Bagan - Myanmar A niche and divine spot in Southeast Asia
Among the major cities in Myanmar, Bagan left the deepest impression.
In February, the daytime temperature was over 40°C, so be sure to apply sunscreen. It's very convenient to buy a SIM card from Taobao before you go. Few people, beautiful scenery, highly recommended.
On the 25 square kilometer plain of Bagan, there are more than 2000 pagodas. The large pagodas are well-known, while the small ones are only numbered. You can choose to ride a horse cart, an electric bike, or walk among the pagodas. The scale of pagoda construction during the Bagan Dynasty is considered the pinnacle in Myanmar's history of pagoda building. They are everywhere you look, in clusters and groups. Riding an electric bike every day on the dirt roads to explore various pagodas is endlessly fun and unforgettable.
In the early morning, hot air balloons slowly rise from the misty trees, and the centuries-old pagodas stand solemn and serene. The hot air balloon sunrise here has a much stronger sense of history. Even more beautiful are the sunrises and sunsets on the plain. Sneaking up a thousand-year-old pagoda at dawn to watch the sunrise and hot air balloons rise simultaneously is a unique experience.
Transportation: Fly from domestic cities to Yangon or Mandalay in Myanmar, then take a bus to Bagan.
Sightseeing: The Bagan plain is divided into three areas: New Bagan, Old Bagan, and Nyaung-U. If you have a short travel time, it is recommended to mainly visit Old Bagan, where most of the major pagodas are located. If you have more time, you can also visit Nyaung-U and New Bagan.
Travel Route: The main travel cities in Myanmar include Yangon, Bagan, Mandalay, and Inle Lake. If you visit all four, it's best to reserve about 10 days.
Travel Season: The best time to travel in Myanmar is during the cool season from October to February each year. The sky is clear, and the sunlight is abundant. This season is also the best time for photography in Bagan and U Bein Bridge.
