Virginia.
The Skyline Drive runs 105 miles north and south along the crest of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Shenandoah National Park and is the only public road through the Park. It takes about three hours to travel the entire length of the Park on a clear day.
The speed limit is 35 mph in most places, so feel free to roll down your windows, feel the breeze, and experience every curve and turn of this beautiful drive. Deer, black bear, wild turkey, and a host of other woodland animals call Shenandoah home and regularly cross Skyline Drive in their daily travels.

Marys Rock Summit Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Jun)
Hiking at Mary Rock Trial - Virginia
Decent trail for a short hike. The view is worth it. Listed as moderate but the trail has a lot of rock in it and almost all uphill. Nice 1.7 mile hike from Panorama parking lot. Over 1200 foot elevation gain. Im 53 my daughter 24. I hike and walk about 15 miles a week normally. Took us just over an hour going up, not rushing just enjoying the views. Only about 50 minutes to get down. So about 2.5 hours including a break, snack, and enjoying the view at the top.
