Sky-High Secret: Unveiling the Alpine Splendor of Meiringen's Lesser-Known Peaks
Embark on a journey to one of the Alps' most hidden gems, a spectacular destination that begins with a scenic cable car ride from Meiringen to Reuti. From there, your adventure continues with a second cable car to Magisalp, followed by a third ascent to the summit, reaching an impressive altitude of 2250 meters above sea level. Upon arrival, you are greeted with a stunning 360-degree panorama, showcasing over 400 majestic peaks of the Alps.
At the summit, you'll find more than just views. A cozy restaurant invites you to relax and soak in the scenery. For the adventurers, numerous hiking trails emanate from the top, each offering phenomenal vistas in every direction. One notable route leads all the way to Trubsee, near the famous Mount Titlis. We opted for a shorter trek to a panoramic viewpoint, an experience that was both intimate and awe-inspiring, with no more than ten people sharing the summit with us.
The round-trip ticket is reasonably priced at CHF 54, but if you have the Berner Oberland Pass, this breathtaking experience comes at no additional cost. This serene and somewhat secret spot in the Alps is a must-visit for those seeking tranquility and beauty away from the usual tourist trails.

Castello Sforzesco
The Castello Sforzesco, held by the Visconti and the Sforza families who ruled Milan from 1277 to 1447 and from 1450 to 1535 respectively, was built in 1368 and rebuilt in 1450. The 70-meter Torre de Filarete is a 1905 reproduction of the original gate-tower.
The Castello houses the Musei del Castello Sforzesco, a series of museums, one of which features sculpture. The collection includes the Pietà Rondanini, Michelangelo's last masterpiece, brought here in 1953 from the Palazzo Rondanini in Rome.
The picture gallery includes paintings by Bellini, Correggio, Mantegna, Bergognone, Foppa, Lotto, Tintoretto, and Antonello da Messina. Between the two rear courtyards of the Castello, a passage leads into the park, originally the garden of the dukes of Milan and later a military training ground.#tripblazers#urbanexplorer#awesomepic#mytripvlog#italytravel

I finally arrived at the other side of the Anywhere Door: Turin, Italy
►World Cultural Heritage around Turin
The Palace of Venaria La Venaria Reale, one of the grand ducal residences of the last Italian royal family, the House of Savoy Savoia, in the Piedmont region! It is considered a model of Baroque architecture, and even the design of Versailles was inspired by it!
►Tour Route
1. The Palace Reggia
The palace was started in 1675, designed by the Italian architect Amedeo di Castellamonte, and funded by Duke Carlo Emanuele II of the Savoy family, mainly used as a royal hunting ground at that time. It was listed as a World Cultural Heritage site in 1997.
European palaces, including noble estates, are mostly divided into House and Garden parts, and the larger ones have their own Forest. The House is the main part, fully functional, including a chapel, reception room, dining room, collection room, study, bedroom, etc.
The House here is the palace, in Italian Reggia
2. La Mandria Natural Park Parco Naturale La Mandria

Piazza Castello
Piazza Castello is a city square in Turin, Italy. It is lined with museums, theaters and cafes.
#holidayvacation The Royal Palace of Turin is a historic palace of the House of Savoy in the city of Turin in Northern Italy. It was originally built in the 16th century and was later modernized by Christine Marie of France (1606–1663) in the 17th century, with designs by the Baroque architect Filippo Juvarra. The palace also includes the Palazzo Chiablese and the Chapel of the Holy Shroud, the latter of which was built to house the famous Shroud of Turin. In 1946, the building became the property of the state and was turned into a museum. In 1997, it was placed on the UNESCO World Heritage Site list along with 13 other residences of the House of Savoy. Construction of the palace was ordered by the Regent Christina Maria in 1645.She wanted a new residence for the court after her son returned from the civil war.
The chosen location was the previous Bishop's Palace, which had been built in the middle of the new capital of Savoy, Turin, during the reign of Emmanuel Philibert, Duke of Savoy (1528–1580). Its advantages included an open and sunny position, in addition to being close to other buildings where the court met.[5] The Duke was able to monitor the two entrances of the city (the Palatine and the Pretoria gates) from the Bishop's Palace. The Bishop's Palace in Turin was later captured by the French in 1536 and served as a residence of the French Viceroys of Savoy, who were appointed by Francis I of France. Opposite the Bishop's Palace was the Palazzo Vecchio or the Palazzo di San Giovanni. This building, disparagingly known as Pasta con Tonno (English: Pasta with tuna) because of its architecture, was later replaced by the grand Ducal Palace.
