The hidden trio...💦
Aibu Waterfalls are a secluded trio of waterfalls located in southern Guangxi Province, China. The Vietnamese border is close by, perhaps only 5km away, therefore to get here you will need to drive southeast from Jiuzhou Ancient Town and Goose Spring. These three attractions can be done in one day trip. Because you will need to pass border checkpoints in the border frontier area, your ID or passport will be checked at the checkpoint, this means a private car is required to find this place, as it is relatively isolated. There is a place to park cars on the side of the road. Follow the small wooden bridges, and the waterfalls are set back about 2 minutes from the road. Best time to come here would be morning or afternoon, avoid late afternoon as it can get dark in this area and it can be dangerous. Worth a short visit if already in the area to see the other places!

🥾 if you are feeling more adventurous you can cut through the bush between the lowest waterfall and the second one and get some really stunning views but be careful its slippy #2023travelwish

Who in the family knows! This place is a must-visit during the holidays!
🌄 In a small mountain in Jingxi, Guangxi, hides a jungle paradise that few know about—the Aibu Waterfall. There are no crowds of tourists here, no need for a long trek, just a 1-minute walk, and you can reach this secret spot known as the 'Guangxi version of Narnia'.🏞️
💧 Aibu Waterfall is composed of Aibu, Matun, and Huize, three uniquely shaped large waterfalls, and is the upstream of the largest river in Jingxi, the Nantan River, which is also the source of the Detian Waterfall. The waterfalls here are like huge jade curtains, with splashing waves, spectacularly breathtaking.🌊
🏞️ The forest around the waterfall is lush, and there is a spring on the mountain known as the 'Eye of the Jungle', which seems to be the guardian of nature, watching over this land.👀
🏕️ Here, you can hike, camp, have a picnic, fish, or even escape the summer heat. Whether it's absorbing the energy of nature under the waterfall or finding inner peace in the woods, Aibu Waterfall is an ideal destination.🍃
⛰️ Hiking Tips:
1. Navigate to 'Aibu Waterfall', the road conditions are good, and vehicles can park directly beside the waterfall.
2. Due to the presence of moss, be sure to wear anti-slip shoes and bring a walking stick.
3. Carry mosquito repellent to deal with outdoor mosquitoes.
4. Pay attention to safety when hiking, especially in wet and slippery areas.
5. It only takes 20 minutes to reach from Jingxi City.
6. While enjoying nature, remember to 'leave only footprints, take away only garbage'.🚮

Who would have thought that this small border city in Guangxi could be so breathtakingly beautiful
·
Don't just think of Guilin and Weizhou Island when you travel to Guangxi.
The treasure city on the China-Vietnam border is even more worth visiting.
My first trip of 2024 took me to Jingxi City in Baise, Guangxi.
I was deeply captivated by the scenery here.
The vast and misty Goose Spring, as if I were in the south of the Yangtze River.
The thousand-year-old ancient city of Jiuzhou is known as the 'Hometown of Chinese Hydrangeas'.
There are also layers of waterfalls surrounded by green mountains.
And the clear rivers that flow quietly.
.
Guangxi in March and April is really beautiful and photogenic.
Whether it's the misty and drizzly secret mountain wilderness,
or the sunny and spring-like floral countryside,
every scene made me linger...
