For my boyfriend’s birthday, I surprised him for a birthday trip to KL & Langkawi. For Langkawi, we stayed at Aloft Langkawi! 💌 
Room: I stayed in the Sea view balcony king room and the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean! They even decorated the room even though I didn’t ask them to 🥹 The toilet is HUGE and the room also comes with bean bags for you to sit at the balcony! 
Facilities: I like that they have a 24/7 gym and their infinity pool closes at 11pm?! Usually pool closes really early in other hotels so these are bonus points! The gym was also very well equipped! They also have jenga and pool at the lobby! There is also a buggy to send you to the beach or it’s just a 5min away! 
Breakfast: Their breakfast is till 11am omg because usually breakfast is till 10am so I’m really happy 🤣 They have food from all sorts of cuisines! 
I also opt to have a sunset balcony dinner and their food is from NOOK (I had my lunch there also) and it’s amazing!! It’s not too pricey as well and so romantic 💗😍
Price for my room with breakfast: $200+/night (depending on the date) There are cheaper rooms available too!

Good breakfast spread and 7 star bed!

This our travel and running to any vacay place. we went to 2 hotel this time in Langkawi. 1st in Aloft Chenang and 2nd one in St Regis Langkawi. as per hotel. i like Aloft better in term of bed and location. however for running it had long stretch but unattended pavement.there is small hill for hiking st the back of hotel .the pool is small but acceptable. the food suprisingly good and better than St Regis hotel. it is good hotel to relax since it bit further than bustling Chenang and u can always rent a motorcycle to go to Chenang to chill out. we even went to telaga tujuh waterfall by motorcycle😂 beach on this side of Chenang a bit poorly manage.

Getting There - From Langkawi International Airport is about 10 minutes drive. Attractions - It is situated at Pantai Tengah Langkawi. Less crowded and 5 minutes drive to pantai cenang, underwater world. Hotels - the hotel ambience is cozy. the bed was comfy and huge. complete with amnities and toiletries. the toilet have built in wardrobe/closet. the pool is nice facing the sea. there is children's club/playroom and the gym is quite big. breakfast spread is awesome. i will come back to this hotel for their great service and breakfast menu was nice. 👍 Food & Restaurants - there are several korean food restaurant, cozy & chic cafe, and seafood restaurant with affordable price nearby hotel. it's a hidden gems in Pantai Tengah Langkawi. #mytripvlog #tripblazers

There are a couple of bars, main lobby and main restaurant. Breakfast is vast and varied, including western, continental and local options. The location is good too, with one beach being a few hundred meters away. There is also free shuttle available to places nearby. Other restaurants and shops are within walking distance, but it isn't very touristy, so you won't get a lot of choices - this was good for those that like to enjoy a bit of quiet. Langkawi Beach holiday

It is a good place to relax with nice sand and decent seafood. Seafood is very fresh and value for money. We stayed at Aloft which is pretty new, offers great selection for breakfast, have a nice pool and great service from the staff. I would recommend stay here again.

I like this island and I have been going back every year. The first time I heard about Aloft Langkawi, they were just open for business. I did not rent a car this time in Langkawi so I used the grab car. It was easy to use and fast. Try to ask for a high floor sea facing room, you will wake up to a wonderful view every morning. At Aloft Langkawi, they have a pretty swimming pool but you also have the option to the beach. The beach right at Aloft Langkawi is known as Tengah Beach. This area is not the main beach area in Langkawi. It is further away from the partying beach. I will love to revisit this hotel soon. #malaysia #langkawi

After returning from island hopping in Langkawi, I watched the amazing sunset here!

The weather in Langkawi has not been very good in the past two days. It is said that there was a heavy rain the day before I came, and it was light rain and cloudy on the day I came. When I checked into "Aloft Langkawi Pantai Tengah", I saw the open sea view outside the high-rise sea view room, and I felt super Good but not too emotional. It was cloudy the next day when we went out to sea. Island hopping was fun, but it was a pity that there was no blue sky and white clouds. Until I came back from island hopping and saw the beautiful sunset in my room, all the worries were gone and only joy remained! - In terms of location, this hotel is just a few hundred meters away from the beach, and it's only a few minutes' drive from the pier for island hopping. In terms of supporting facilities, it is well-equipped with common facilities, such as swimming pools, gyms, children's playgrounds, etc. Its lobby is also very interesting! You can get a variety of board games in the lobby. During football matches, you can also team up with golfers to watch football matches. The atmosphere will be full! As far as meals are concerned, the hotel's offerings are both solid and surprising, and both the a la carte and seafood buffet are highly recommended!

We had a good time in Aloft Hotel langkawi. The food is super tasty and delicious but we also enjoyed the view from Aloft Hotel and the view of bar is spectacular . Can’t be more happier than this dinner night. The whole menu were local touch and nice platting . They are al so very kind to celebrate my husband belated birthday. Hotel Review: Aloft Langkawi Pantai Tengah

Upon checking in, I realized that the entire lobby is open-air, which mean non-airconditioned. There were plenty of seatings around for visitors to rest or wait for their transport to arrive. In addition to the W XYZ Bar in the lobby, there was also the Re:fuelbyAloft, a mini snack bar. They offer light snacks, cup noodles, ice cream and other titbits for the convenience of hungry guests. We headed up to our room on the 7th floor and was glad that the room was neat and tidy. The room looks pretty comfortable, and I am sure that I would not have issue not sleeping well at night. The rooms were all fitted with a balcony, and we took a few photos facing the low-lying housings and sea. There were 2 large yellow beanbags which we could take to the balcony to laze on as well. As for the toilet, I love how spacious it was, with the usual toilet amenities. Our 2-night’s stay includes complimentary breakfast at Nook, located on the third floor of the hotel. The restaurant provides diner with indoor and al-fresco dining with a view of the breath-taking Andaman Sea. The included breakfast was definitely a time saver, and yet we woke up after 8am. The variety of food offered at the buffet was huge, and the refill for certain dishes were slow. The Malaysian nasi lemak with its side dishes seems to be the most popular dish, but unfortunately it was not replenished. The egg counter was slow, and a snaking queue usually forms in front. Even the already prepared half-boiled eggs requires me to queue in line. My experience with Aloft Langkawi Pantai Tengah Hotel is quite positive in general. The location is quite accessible as we managed to get a grab easily on a several occasions. Wonderful hotel with infinity pool!

Great place to stay in Langkawi. I liked it was a bit off the main beach area to quieter, had nice rooms that were clean, good views, huge buffet, and a great large pool to swim in that was never crowded. Bonus points for reasonable priced pool drinks. Minus one point for mixing up a reservation for a cooking class that I showed up for that never happened nor was there any clear communication. The pool is big enough for swimming some laps even and closes late at 11 so we could chill in the pool before going to bed. 24h gym but we didn't make use of it. It looked clean and spacious tho. The breakfast had a nice spread. But if you're going Ala carte, just get the chicken burger cos it's better than the beef burger lol. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Aloft! #freehotelstay

What an amazing stay at Aloft Langkawi

Aloft Langkawi. It such a beautiful city hotel. Beautiful concept of the hotel. Got very nice sea view. The room was also very comfortable. The restaurant also make the delicious food. Post Ironman 2023 trip!

Aloft is where we ended to stay after the event. The arrangement for simple decoration with scrumptious cake made our day as his belated birthday surprise. Not far from the hotel, we enjoyed our coffee session with beautiful sunset at Pantai Tengah which is walking distance or can ride buggy services by the hotel. Aloft, we loft you.
