Anantara Layan Phuket Resort
The seaside of Thailand is always so enchanting, different from the seaside hotels in Phu Quoc and Bali, the most charming thing here is still the green sea.
Luxury suites, the whole hotel is built against the mountain, so many rooms are on the hillside, overlooking the entire Layan Beach. The suite area is relatively small, not recommended to stay here unless you are very obsessed with the sea view.
Personally, I feel the breakfast is quite average, even not as good as the hi I stayed at in Patong the previous two days. For this price range, the hotel does not offer a la carte, and the variety is limited, with no change in the breakfast menu for two days;
The only advantage is the beautiful scenery, a seaside restaurant, eating while looking at the sea, but the variety really falls short compared to Bali's W, which has a very rich a la carte menu.
The hotel is quite generous, it's okay to be idle for two days, the surroundings are rather desolate, if you like the downtown area, just stay at Patong's hi.
