A typical Armenian church. If you enjoy religious tourism, this is a great place to visit. They say this small church was built in 1370! It doesn't compete with the larger and more famous churches in Lviv, but it is much older than the others. For me, the interior with its stone arches, carved ceilings, and colorful murals is vastly different from the Baroque and Gothic-style churches we usually visit and much older. The well-preserved history is truly fascinating, providing a soothing effect to visitors from the inside. The detailed architecture and exciting interior craftsmanship, along with the hand-painted walls and the overall heavenly atmosphere, make it a must-see.
This is a very worthwhile church to visit. The entrance is easy to find, located on Virmenska Street.
