[2024 Singapore Stay] Travel Guide for Artyzen Singapore (Updated Sep)
A brand new hotel in Singapore, a delightful sky oasis on Orchard Road!
🌟 The newly opened Yat Sen Hotel in Singapore at the beginning of this month, inspired by the elegant mansion in traditional Nanyang culture, has created a unique sky oasis and has won the 2022 Asia Property Awards for Best Hotel Architectural Design and Best Hotel Interior Design.
🌈 The hotel is located in the city center of Singapore, on Orchard Road West, Kasgard Road. The former site is known as "Villa Marie", which was a private mansion of a well-known Chinese in Singapore. It retains the traditional cultural style without losing the modern fashion. The colors of Nanyang style are used to embellish the details, which is full of surprises.
✅ 142 elegantly designed rooms and suites, the basic room type is 42-48 square meters, and the suite has a spacious area of 89 square meters. All room types have 4 meters high and a viewing terrace. The suite is equipped with a large sky viewing terrace, equipped with a sunbathing area and outdoor tables and chairs, which feels super great!
🌳 The hotel is full of greenery everywhere, and it is super photogenic. The rooftop infinity pool allows you to enjoy the city view while swimming. There is also a transparent cantilevered infinity "floating pool" that can directly see the first floor, which is particularly exciting.
🍽️ The Quenino restaurant on the fourth floor of the hotel is run by famous Melbourne chef Victor Liong. The dining environment is impeccable, a feast of innovative Nanyang flavor dishes, the plating is exquisite, the color, fragrance and taste are all complete, and it is quite enjoyable to eat!

| A freshly baked Singapore guide. A three-day, two-night travel guide to Singapore✈
Honestly, three days and two nights is a bit rushed. I suggest you could arrange a week to stroll around leisurely. Singapore is really worth a longer visit, and the surrounding islands🏝 are super convenient to get to.
👚: The weather in Singapore is really quite hot and humid. As for clothing, just wear whatever is comfortable and casual.
⚠When outdoors, remember to protect yourself from the sun and carry a portable fan to stay cool.
🍽: Arrived in Singapore early in the morning when the shops were not open yet, so I ate at the airport B1orB2. The fish ball noodles🍜 and fish cakes were so delicious. The chili sauce🌶 was really spicy, it got me good. Then I went to eat at Ya Kun and ordered the peanut butter set, which was a bit dry. The recommendations I read about before were all for kaya, but I wasn't hungry enough. I'll try it next time, probably very tasty😋. Soy milk latte, ummm, I who like a refreshing taste couldn't accept it, felt a bit too thick. In the evening, I went to Toa Payoh and had the chili crab🦀, delicious! Absolutely delicious! The sauce for the salted egg yolk prawns was very tasty, but the prawns🦐 were not fresh, which was a bit disappointing. I recommend trying other salted egg yolk flavored dishes. The truffle ice plant was super delicious, a total surprise! The dragon vegetable was just okay. But! This meal cost us 229 Singapore dollars, quite expensive. There should be cheaper options in the food courts. After coming out, I bought a red-haired durian drink🥤, which was tasty.
Bak Kut Teh at Heng Heng was delicious!! You must have dough fritters with the Bak Kut Teh soup, let it soak for a while, simply amazing! I love it! The braised pig's trotter rice was super delicious, we went back for a second round, exhilarating!
Jollibee🍗 was really good, their gravy is absolutely amazing, and I also super love their fries🍟!!
In the evening, I went to Geylang for frog porridge. Eating it alone was average, but together it was amazing. You must have frog with porridge, so delicious!
Before returning to Shanghai, I had Mr. Coconut🥥, it was okay, not as amazing as described online, just a coconut-flavored drink. But the Donut🍩 reminded me of life in the UK🇬🇧, super nostalgic and love it, very chewy.
In the morning, my bestie and I had Tom Yum Goong instant noodles and curry-flavored instant noodles, both were surprisingly amazing, delicious😋
🏠: Artyzen Singapore is highly recommended. It just opened last year, not many people, quiet. You can ask the reception staff to help hail a cab when going out. The hotel offers a ride within 1.5 kilometers. The rooftop infinity pool was also empty when we went, floating in the water with my bestie was super relaxing, enjoying a moment of tranquility.
🚗: Because our trip was short, we mainly took cabs. The drivers in Singapore are very talkative and friendly. I heard from the taxi driver that the public transportation system here is very developed 🚇subway🚍bus should all be convenient. Download the taxi app zip or grab.
🌟Suddenly remembered we also went for a massage. The massages💆🏻♀ in Singapore are really comfortable!
The travel experience in Singapore was super great!! Will go again.
