As for mango sago, maybe my expectations were too high, but it didn't feel as amazing as I had hoped.

It's been two weeks, but I still can't get over the lingering feeling from my solo trip to Hong Kong 🫠 Every corner of the city is stylish and has a great atmosphere ✨ There are plenty of delicious foods like egg tarts and dim sum, and lots of shopping centers including K11, so you can enjoy shopping too 🛍️ Since you can enjoy it in just 1 night and 2 days with a late-night flight, I want to go again when I have time 💡 Using Hong Kong Express's late-night flight, I was able to go round-trip for 29,900 yen! Step inside and you’re greeted by a clean, compact space filled with warm lighting and natural wood accents—simple, inviting, and perfect for pastry lovers. Though the staff were clearly busy, they remained friendly and patient, happy to answer every question. 🥧 Sourdough Egg Tart – HK$12.5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ By the time I arrived, only the sourdough egg tarts were left—but trust me, they’re a must-try. These aren’t your average egg tarts. The top has a delicate sugar crust, giving a slight crunch before revealing the rich, buttery custard inside. The center is beautifully molten and creamy, while the crust stays perfectly flaky and crisp. Every bite is a balance of textures and flavors—sweet, tangy, soft, and crisp. One bite in, and I instantly regretted not grabbing a few more boxes. These are the kind of egg tarts you dream about after leaving Hong Kong 😭.
