#hotelreview The breakfast of the Banyan tree on the roof was amazing. We sat outdoors in the corner of Tyre with the entire skyline of Kuala Lumpur and the twin towers in front of us. We can even see the heights of Genting from afar. The royal Banyan Tree treatment was everywhere you walk in the hotel. During breakfast, our main server Zukry was warm and friendly. Another Zul servant has always been attentive to our needs. Both of their interest in detial made our two-day stay and breakfast at the Banyan tree very enjoyable and enjoyable. We stayed for two nights at this wonderful hotel. It was my birthday during this stay and the hotel staff prepared a cake and balloons and were really dedicated to making my birthday a great experience. Breakfast and service were excellent and our room had stunning views of Kuala Lumpur. In addition, there are two stunning rooftop bars with one of the best views in the city. The location is also really great - next to the famous Pavillon Mall. We had a really great time and would like to go back to Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur again. Thank you so much for everything. 5 star Hotel with awesome spa at KL

The 5-star hotel with the best sky spa facility at floor 53 overlooking the city of Kaula Lumpur! All staffs at spa center are professional, friendly and attentive. And the scent really make you feel relaxed. After spa we went back our room to enjoy the comfortable bed and relaxing in room with great amenities provided! The bathroom with a bathtub that overlook the KLCC twin tower is just stunning! Soaking in the bathtub with great city view is just amazing! Breakfast is well-served with thoughtful choices to suit different guests. Although the price is at the high side but it definitely worth to visit! #spamagic

Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur is one of the best 5-star resort service that you can ever had compared to other luxury hotels ar round the area! Once you entered the resort, you feel like you’re in Bali, the scent they used makes you feel relaxed. All staffs were professional, friendly and attentive. Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur is the best 5 star hotel for a couple or love birds to have the view of the skyline of KL and stunning view of KLCC Twin towers! Its just breathtaking to look at it! At the swimming pool floor you get to see the massive KLCC petronas twin towers standing massively standing in front of u! The rooftop bar, Vertigo is best to enjoy the beautiful night view of KL skyline! I will say it a one of the best things to do when staying with Banyan Tree, the view is just amazing! We enjoy the 5 star treatment at Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur hotel in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. If possible just included the breakfast in your stay and you can enjoy a scrumptious breakfast with stunning KL skyline view! The breakfast is abit different with other hotel in KL, although it is a buffet style, but the portion is smaller to ensure that all dishes are fresh & hot! Staffs are attentive and friendly too. Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur definitely one of the best 5-star hotel at Kuala Lumpur area. Especially the room, it’s so huge and luxurious! The essential oil burner they use, make you instantly feel relax when you step in the hotel! The bathroom is pack with features and a large bathtub! The hotel location is perfect, minutes walk to Pavillion KL and Bukit Bintang Shopping Area. Really convenient to go around the city or food hunting! Most of the staff is friendly and helpful too, always smile and speak politely! The downside is the swimming pool is consider quite small for a luxury hotel, and the breakfast can improve as well. Highlights - ~270 degree of unblocked view of KL Avg. Price per Person - ~40SGD based on your order, I ordered 2 glasses of wine and shared one dish together with partner. Never stayed with Banyan tree before, according to TRIP.com’s K.L. Top 6 luxury hotel list, I’ve choose this brand for my first ever time and it turns out it’s a bit disappointed. Services was definitely great, everyone were so friendly and helpful. The location was cool, hotel lobby had a lift and a bridge that linked to pavilion shopping mall. Con: Security awareness needs to be improved： On the 56/F, There’s some broken conquers on the floor right at the edge of a table, where people very often stood there to take photos. The stairs that walks to the outside dinning area are very narrow and small, and there’s no lights or warning signs around it, it’s very dangerous to walk at the dark. Hotel itself looks quite new and clean but somehow quite a The Room few hardwares are not working properly in the room.

#kualalumpurhotels Everything about the Banyan tree is very good. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well equipped and spacious. The housekeeping of Jacqueline @ Donnie was excellent and consistent. We loved it so much Ezat at the front desk was very hospitable and very enjoyable. He took his time to explain everything. Arriving on December 9 around 3.30pm, the staff (a man we forgot to mention his name) were very nice too. Breakfast is neat Not the usual full buffet. Some buffet foods are available but we can order hot food on request such as Ruti Kanai, Eggs, Nasi Limak and many more. Free-flowing food, fresh juices and prosicos are a nice touch. The spa could be better. The treatment room needs an update. The welcome drink was a bit disappointing as it was served in a regular cup (as opposed to the spa). The processor was fine but while the service could be better. Tea after the spa was nice. Overall, we will be back to Banyan Tree! Thanks for the nice stay.

Was offered an upgrade to the presidential suite! Stayed over the weekend and the hospitality is second to none. Have stayed at one of their signature suites before and all I can say is that there is no faults at all. People are kind, courteous and friendly. Both of their interest in detial made our two-day stay and breakfast at the Banyan tree very enjoyable and enjoyable. Excellent service, great family experience. I've been there several times Thanks to the alternate manager Zuki, he went above and beyond to make sure all my needs are met, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Also Mr. Razek and Mr. Vivi and from Bar Vertigo. Thank you again for the hospitality, all the staff are well trained and very friendly. We stayed for two nights at this wonderful hotel. It was my birthday during this stay and the hotel staff prepared a cake and balloons and were really dedicated to making my birthday a great experience. Breakfast and service were excellent and our room had stunning views of Kuala Lumpur. In addition, there are two stunning rooftop bars with one of the best views in the city. The location is also really great - next to the famous Pavillon Mall. We had a really great time and would like to go back to Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur again. Thank you so much for everything. The service here is great, especially Zuki who served us during breakfast. He is a pasture person who makes our day! Also, the view here is great. We can only see the Kuala Lumpur Tower here.

#hotelreview Celebrated my birthday years ago in Banyan Tree. What a surprise birthday gift arranged by my wife ❤️ truly unforgettable. The hotel staff carefully decorated the room upon request, simplicity at its best! Actually, the hotel room itself is perfect enough even without the decoration. The room we checked in has bathtub that come with city view, what more I can ask?! Towards the evening, we went up to rooftop bar - Vertigo. Love the environment there with jazz music. Last but not least, you can enjoy the buffet breakfast with panoramic city view, this do not need further elaboration… Psst! The buffet does serve champagne, we only found out from our friend after we check out 😭
