Amazing views from Cavo Greco
Cavo Greco, also known as Cape Greco, is a located in the southeastern part of the island of Cyprus. It is situated at the southern end of Famagusta Bay and forms part of Ayia Napa Municipality.
The area is designated as a national forest park and is part of the Natura 2000 program, covering an area of 384.9 hectares.
The rocky cliffs, crystal-clear waters, and stunning natural attractions, including the Blue Lagoon and the Lover’s Bridge, make it a popular tourist destination.
The park offers several hiking trails, and climbing up to the top of the cliffs offers spectacular views. Scuba diving tours, kayaking to the sea caves, and catamaran cruises are some of the activities that visitors can enjoy.
The area is also a key migration site for large numbers of raptors and other birds, making it an Important Bird Area (IBA).
