#myhiddengems Spending the afternoon at Central Park Zoo in New York City was such a charming experience! 🏙️ Located right in the heart of Manhattan, this small but delightful zoo offers a peaceful escape from the busy city streets. The entrance fee was around $20 for adults, which I found quite reasonable given the amazing animals and exhibits. I started my visit at the sea lion pool, where these playful creatures were splashing around and showing off their tricks during feeding time. The penguin exhibit was another highlight – watching them dive and swim was mesmerizing! 🐧 The zoo's Tropic Zone felt like stepping into a jungle, with its lush greenery and colorful birds flying around. I also got to see the snow leopards, which were absolutely stunning! 🐆 Despite being a smaller zoo, the Central Park Zoo is beautifully maintained, and its intimate size makes it easy to see everything without feeling rushed. After exploring the zoo, I took a leisurely stroll through Central Park, which offers so many scenic spots and iconic attractions like Bethesda Terrace and the Bow Bridge. #newyorktrip Nice little zoo in the heart of Central Park. Ticket includes a 4D short film experience, Tisch Children’s Zoo, and the Central Park zoo. For the children’s zoo, the goats and sheep’s might walk up to the fence and you can pet them (fun for all ages). In the main Central Park zoo, the animals are fairly close so you’ll be able to see them (some aren’t very active), you must go see the red panda! The tropic area might include some very close encounters with the birds. The ant colonies are very interesting too and the penguin and sea lion feedings are fun to watch. Overall, very fun experience for all ages.

Central Park Zoo

🎈Enjoyed a relaxing outing at the Central Park Zoo in New York. As we arrived in the afternoon and time was limited, we chose to buy a $13 timed ticket. Although there aren't many types of animals, the environment in the park is great, and the animals' activity areas are spacious and reasonable, suitable for leisurely walks on weekends. There may not be much need to specifically watch these animals, but it's great to stroll in such a wonderful place and relax.
