Direction: The hotel was located in the airport, so if you're booking a grab to this place, locate for T3 departure gate 4D. Once you enter the airport, head all the way to the back. The entrance is hidden beside a barber store, beside bodyshop. Do note that there's a stairs down to the hotel check in counter. Do note that this hotel is not ideal for people on wheelchair and crutches, as you'll have to go down and up stairs. The check in was smooth and quick. Despite being windowless, the hotel room was spacious for a layover rest. The bed was comfortable and soft! The charging point uses the standard singapore plug. The toilet was great! It came with a bidet! They provided toothbrush, vanity kit, soap, and shampoo, conditioner! Overall the room and amenities is super clean! Jakarta Soekarno Hatta Airport Terminal 3 is located in Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia. All international flight are mosty in Terminal 3, except domestic flight of Garuda Indonesia and Citilink also using this terminal. Other domesting airlines are in Terminal 1 and 2.
