It may sound strange on (toilet) paper, but Tokyo’s poop museum is one of the city’s most trendy attractions. The poos here at the Unko Museum Odaiba — unko is Japanese for poop — are fortunately nothing like the real thing. Unless your poop resembles pastel-colored soft-serve ice cream, in which case you should stop reading now and see a doctor. The museum is located on the second floor of the DiverCity Tokyo Plaza shopping complex, one of Odaiba’s most well-trodden tourist hot spots. Installations, displays, and immersive attractions in the museum are all based around the theme “Max Unko Kawaii,” which translates to “the maximum cuteness of poop.” #tokyotrip

There was even a section where I watched experts assembling kits—pure magic! I couldn’t resist picking up a kit or two for myself. Being at the Gundam Base was like being part of the Gundam universe. But the most beautiful scenery offers you the Rainbow Bridge at sunset time. The iconic Rainbow Bridge connects Odaiba to the central Tokyo waterfront. It’s a suspension bridge that is beautifully illuminated at night, providing a scenic backdrop to the area.

This place is popular among anime fans of gundam. Booking is require for entering. Its free and just have to approach the staff for a entry ticket. I missed out on the nearest time slot and have to wait around 45 mins for the next one. The wait was worth it. There were many gundam figurines on display. Expect to navigate around the crowd as the place is mostly packed with people. #wheretogo
