✨Douyun City's Cloak Mountain—Jianjiang Scenic Area is composed of five parts: Cloak Mountain Scenic Area, Luosike Scenic Area, Jianjiang Scenic Area, Duliujiang Scenic Area, and Fengzhuanhe Scenic Area. It features high mountains, grasslands, canyons, waterfalls, rivers, karst landscapes, diverse species, urban scenery, and ethnic customs, all blending naturally and uniquely. Together, they form the distinctive scenic resources of the Douyun Cloak Mountain—Jianjiang Scenic Area in Guizhou, with Cloak Mountain as the centerpiece and Jianjiang River as the link. ✨The main peak of Cloak Mountain has an elevation of 1961 meters. Cloak Mountain is as famous as Fanjing Mountain and Leigong Mountain, making it one of the three major mountains in Guizhou. Location: Cloak Mountain Village, Badagongshan Town, Douyun City, Guizhou Province 🛰️Navigation: Cloak Mountain Visitor Reception Center 🍝Food: There are eateries at the entrance of the scenic area where you can grab a bite before heading in. ⛪Accommodation: It is recommended to stay in the city, where there are more options and reasonable prices. 🏞️Climate: Douyun experiences a lot of rain in the summer, so remember to bring rain gear. The temperature difference between morning and evening is significant, so it's advisable to bring a long-sleeved shirt. 🧗🏻♀️Activities: Cloak Mountain is a lesser-known spot with fewer visitors and beautiful scenery, perfect for walking and taking photos. The water in the mountain is clear, suitable for playing and swimming. Hiking is also an option, but it's recommended that beginners do not go alone. Stick to the commonly used hiking routes. ⏱️Visiting Time: Approximately 3 hours ⚠️Tips: Bring some water with you. There are many mosquitoes in the mountains, so take mosquito repellent measures. There are many walking areas in the scenic spot, so wear comfortable and non-slip shoes.

A full circuit of 17km with an elevation gain of 1100m takes about 7-12 hours to complete. Duyun Cloak Mountain, located in Duyun City of Qiannan Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in Guizhou Province, is known as 'the closest primitive forest to a city area in China'. Not only does it feature majestic and precipitous mountains and canyons, but it also boasts natural landscapes with strong mountains, secluded valleys, beautiful forests, and clear waters, with a forest coverage rate of over 80%, making it a huge biological gene bank. At the main peak, there is a supreme heavenly pool, which is associated with a tale of three fairies who descended to the mortal world to bathe here. This route is seldom traveled by commercial groups due to its difficulty, but it is a favorite challenge for many hikers.
