Guia Hill Cable Car

This is a fun way to see some of the city. It's also a nice way to get up or down from the park. It's a short ride - it's not meant for a site seeing tour as much as transportation. However, it's fun, quick, and cheap. You can go one way, so consider walking up or down and then taking the car the other direction.

Guia Hill Cabel Car Macau

The Guia Hill dominates the Macao peninsula and its top offers the best landscape views in town, namely the Pearl River and the surrounding islands. If you go in through the Flora Garden Gate (Avenida Sidónio Pais), you will find a Cable car, which will help to go up, besides offering you a panoramic view over the hill.

FLORA GARDEN MACAO
#celebratewithtrip #yearofrabbit #newyearadventure #tripblazers #campingglamping.
Flora Garden is a large public park and garden located just off of Avenida de Sidónio Pais on the Macau Peninsula. I like visiting here during Chinese New Year when the weather is cooler and the garden is decorated with cherry blossoms and other seasonal plants and flowers.

JARDIM MUNICIPAL DA FLORA 1960
#2023travelwish #mytripvlog #tripblazers #celebratewithtrip #campingglamping.
The Flora Garden (Chinese: 二龍喉公園; Portuguese: Jardim da Flora) is a flower garden in São Lázaro, Macau. The garden is located at the foothill of Guia Hill. It is Macau's largest public park.
The European-style Flora Garden is situated at the base of Guia Hill parallel to Avenida Sidónio Pais. It was formerly the grounds of the Flora Palace, an aristocratic Portuguese mansion. The garden also features formal flowerbeds and a stone pathway that winds upward, past small waterfalls and belvederes, to the top of Guia Hill, the highest point in Macau. According to Chinese culture, it’s considered an area with good “feng shui”.
Flora Garden includes a small area with animals, ideal for kids to visit and have fun. There’s also a beautiful lake in the middle, before heading up the hill. This is one of Macau’s oldest gardens and also most frequented by both locals–looking to relax or exercise–and tourists. It’s also the place where one takes the cablecar leading to the start of Guia Hill. The garden is close to Flora and José da Costa Nunes kindergartens.
Opening hours: Daily, 6:00am–00:00am

The Flora Garden (Chinese: 二龍喉公園; Portuguese: Jardim da Flora) is a flower garden in São Lázaro, Macau. The garden is located at the foothill of Guia Hill. It is Macau's largest public park. The garden used to be the ground for Flora Palace, a mansion during the Portuguese Macau era. The garden consists of an aviary, small zoo and patio. It also has flowerbeds, small waterfalls and belvedere.
