Other than the strategic location, it is also offering more than what you will pay for as there is a big swimming pool besides the lobby with beautiful ancient Chinatown + the magnificent 118 Merdeka skyscrapers view. In term of the service, there is no doubt as good as the other 5 star hotel where it is the usual standard of all Marriott group hotel. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Just a reminder, there are 2 Four point by Sheraton in Kuala Lumpur, 1 in the KLCC area and another 1 here is located in Chinatown, do check properly if you would like to make a reservation online as my friend was wrongly booked another one in KLCC last time 😅😅

Convenient and comfort away from home

Address - Address - 2, Jalan Balai Polis, City Centre, 50000 Kuala Lumpur. The room was tastefully furnished, clean and comfortable. The beddings were of 5-star quality. The fridge was working well. The safe was easy to use. There were 10 hangers; which is more than sufficient. In addition, the hangers were easily removed from the wardrobe bar. Some hotels’ hangers has a part attached to the bar and thus can’t or difficult to remove. The hair dryer was strong and had a hot / cold function. Basic necessities Eg toothbrush, laundry bag & slippers were provided. Towels were sufficient; 2 bath towels, 3 hand towels & 2 face towels. Shampoo, hair conditioner and body wash were in dispensers. This is better than small plastic bottles or tubes which could be insufficient. In addition, a tube of body lotion was provided; a nice touch. The room had ample electrical sockets which were very well located. Coffee & tea condiments were sufficient There were a few aspects for improvement. Our room rate was about RM173. But we had to place a RM200 deposit; which is more than a day amount. However, we were given a late checkout; 1:30pm. The car park is a little cramp and sharp corners, coming up and going down have to be careful. The lift at the parking area was under cleaning. We arrived at 3:15pm. We had to walk down 3 levels to reach ground level. And then take the hotel lobby lift to the front desk which is located on 7th floor. Normally, hotels’ lobbies are located on ground level. Swimming pool and gym are at the same level as front desk. Room temperature was centralised control and set at the lowest level which is 26 degrees Celsius initially. On a positive note, we were issued 2 room cards without having to ask. Hotel’s location wasn't strategic. Eateries could be found right in front of main entrance & surroundings. A few of them open till late in night. Petaling Street is a stone’s throw away. The LRT station is within a few minutes walk. Rating - 4 star

Reason being, this renowned Petaling Street is just less than 5minutes walk away from this Four Points. The moment we stepped in the hotel, it immediately gives us the feeling of local Baba Nyonya vibe, the hotel even played such themed song! Also, there is a vegan restaurant is attached to the hotel at ground floor level, where it adds some extra points to go with the hotel!

Lovely place, luxury look to it. Rooms were super large but they were neat organised and clean. Very elegant look here. There is a pool on floor 7 which is really nice, with a great open view. A bar just beside it too gives it a nice touch. Chinatown night market just a walk down the street. If your after night-life there's a nice bar called "attic" just round the corner. #kualalumpurhotels

The location is in Chinatown, surrounded by many cafes and kopitiams with a nice atmosphere. This time I stayed in a suite room. Although there is no bathtub, it is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel's Bar Jann and Lady Yi's Tea House, where you can enjoy afternoon tea, are both unique and nice with a Chinatown atmosphere. On weekends, the hotel offers a complimentary experience for hotel guests. Attractions include the Chinatown Walk and mixology master classes at the bar. -1 King Bed Suite Room In recent years, this hotel has become very popular among both Chinese tourists and Malaysian staycationers. The location is in Chinatown, surrounded by many cafes and kopitiams with a nice atmosphere. This time I stayed in a suite room. Although there is no bathtub, it is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel's Bar Jann and Lady Yi's Tea House, where you can enjoy afternoon tea, are both unique and nice with a Chinatown atmosphere. On weekends, the hotel offers a complimentary experience for hotel guests. Attractions include the Chinatown Walk and mixology master classes at the bar. #kualalumpurhotels I have received many recommendations from my KL friends to stay at this hotel, and I am glad I finally did. While many spaces appear a bit dated with uninspiring interiors—lacking serious artwork, artists, and stories—the comfort it provides is exceptional. You get a sheltered drop-off in a thunderstorm, a very decent gym and pool with a landmark view, extremely hospitable staff who made small talk even when helping to press the lift button, and, most importantly, good soundproofing at the windows so you don’t hear noise from the streets and can get a restful night’s sleep. It is also very conveniently located next to many good eateries and bars. I will definitely come back again! Hotel is located near Chinatown hence accessible to various eatery and restaurants. Hotel staffs are friendly and professional. Special thanks to hotel concierge staff Ms Sally who is very knowledgeable and helpful with my queries on transportation. She also took the initiative to help us make bookings of transportation and airport transfer etc. Most commendable is that she remembers details - I have accidentally left my shopping bag at hotel lobby counter while I checked into my room without noticing. Ms Sally remembers the shopping bag belongs to me and she help to arrange to return the shopping bag to my room. Kudos for her professionalism and observant of details. My hubby and I had a pleasant & wonderful stay at Four Points @ Sheraton, KL (Chinatown) and will sure to visit again as well as recommend our friends to also stay there. Strategically located just beside the center of Kuala Lumpur. It looks like old building. One sure impressed with live decoration of plants and flowers at the ground floor. We went here for a lunch anyway, and they placed us in special room at level 8. The view is great. What interesting is that, this hotel was surrounded by classic buildings, worth a visit
