Gradska Kavana Arsenal is located near the pier in old town. The food is awesome. Star dishes are the Black Risotto with Cuttlefish and Grilled Squid. Make reservations to secure a nice table during peak hours.

During our family trip to Perast, we had a memorable meal at the Gradska Kavana Arsenal restaurant and bar. Situated right on the waterfront, the restaurant offered stunning views of the Bay of Kotor, enhancing our dining experience.
