During weekday lunch hours, the lounge launches a special business set menu, with a different menu each day, allowing diners to taste fresh and diverse cuisines. When we visited, the lunch set included an American grain-fed steak, paired with a selected drink, an absolutely drool-worthy delicacy, all for just 138 Macau dollars for an exquisite steak set meal! In addition, we also ordered a Grand Hyatt sourdough sandwich, which was very tasty and substantial in portion, enough to satisfy even an adult male. Beyond the delicious main courses, the lounge also offers carefully crafted drinks and snacks, and the desserts are very tasty as well. I highly recommend enjoying afternoon tea here, allowing you to enjoy a relaxed and pleasant dining experience in a comfortable environment. The ambiance of the lounge is elegant and comfortable, with exquisite decor and attentive service, making it an excellent place to enjoy good food and relax. Splitting the cost between two people made it even cheaper. 🥰 Overall, the experience was decent. As a newly registered member, I was asked if I wanted a small cake upon check-in. The service was good everywhere, even at the outdoor pool on a rainy day when no one was around. 😍 The facilities didn't stand out much. They weren't new but not too old either, leaning more towards a business style. If you're looking for a vacation vibe, this might not be the place. 🤩 The dining was good. I ordered room service early in the morning, and it had a Cantonese flavor. The taste and speed were both satisfactory, and the price was reasonable, similar to eating out. There wasn't a significant price hike just because it's a five-star hotel, and the service was excellent. 🥸 The location is great, close to Wynn Palace, making it convenient to watch the fountain show and queue for the cable car. Macau is small, so getting around by taxi is easy. 🏖️ The doorman service was lacking; they were just standing there without offering much help. Maybe at this price point in Macau, you can't expect much. 🧊 The biggest disappointment was the weather, which affected my mood significantly. As a pool enthusiast, I was not happy. 😎 Overall, compared to other star-rated hotels in Macau, this one offers good value for the price.

'Man Tang Hong', located in the Grand Hyatt Macau, is a restaurant renowned for its authentic Northern cuisine. The ambiance inside the restaurant is also very comfortable and elegant. The Peking duck is the signature dish of 'Man Tang Hong', and there is an oven inside the restaurant to roast the duck on the spot for guests. Once the Peking duck is ordered, it is immediately roasted, and the shiny, oily duck is truly enticing. The chef will carve the duck at the table into three separate dishes: duck skin, duck meat, and the skin with meat from the duck's flank. You can enjoy them on their own or wrapped up, and it's incredibly delicious. The sweet and sour pork is my favorite. The cumin stir-fried lamb is also tasty, with plenty of onions that are sweet and not at all spicy.
