Wow, this hotel is so beautiful and comfortable.

On a trip to Santa Cruz, I chose to stay at the local Hampton by Hilton. The hotel is conveniently located just 3 km from Santa Cruz Airport, making it ideal for travelers with early flights. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was attracted by its spacious and bright lobby. The reception staff showed a warm attitude and professional and efficient service, making me feel at home. During the check-in process, the front desk staff patiently explained the hotel facilities and services and made sure I knew how to contact them whenever I needed help. I booked a standard room, but the comfort of the room exceeded my expectations. The room is simply and modernly decorated, with an extremely comfortable bed covered with eco-certified bedding, making for a very restful sleep. In addition, the room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and free high-speed Wi-Fi, making it feel as warm and convenient as home. The bathroom is also clean and tidy, with all the necessary toiletries. I like their consideration for the environment, such as providing reusable toiletries to reduce the use of single-use plastics. The hotel's breakfast is a simple buffet with basic Western and Chinese options, enough to start the day. The food is fresh and varied, with good choices from hot dishes to cold cuts. This stay left me with an excellent overall impression of the Hampton by Hilton Santa Cruz, with both the quality of service and the facilities being satisfactory. If I ever have to travel here again, I will definitely choose this hotel again.
