Explore Hangzhou | The Pearl of West Lake - Hangzhou Flower Garden
I was just thinking of finding a cafe with a nice environment to sit for a while, but I didn't expect to stumble upon such a treasure. The setting is incredibly beautiful.
Hangzhou Flower Garden was established in 1956 and is a renowned place for appreciating flowers and bonsai. It faces West Lake in the front and leans against West Mountain in the back, offering a beautiful environment and exquisite layout. It is known as 'the pearl on the shore of West Lake'.
The garden is divided into nine areas: bonsai, roses, orchids, chrysanthemums, fragrant flowers, outdoor grass flowers, aquatic plants, greenhouse flowers, peonies, and peonies, famous for producing, collecting, and preserving various types of garden flowers and bonsai.
The garden currently preserves more than 160 genera of precious flowers and traditional horticultural plants, totaling over 3,500 species. In addition, there is a remarkable rock outside the bonsai room in the garden, twisted and ever-changing, with 'Zhou Yun Peak' inscribed on it, ranked as the foremost of the three famous rocks in the south of the Yangtze River, dazzling visitors.

The Flower Garden is also one of the exhibition areas for the Hangzhou Rose Exhibition.
The roses in the Flower Garden are planted in the ground, covering a large area, and are famous for their quantity, but there are few varieties, mostly common ones.
Guozhuang has a complete variety, mainly focusing on potted plant displays, with many rare varieties that are not commonly seen.
If you have time, visit both exhibition areas, as they are close at hand and each has its own merits.

Dragon Year Footprints (22) - Hangzhou Flower Garden
The first time I saw the hydrangea, the name of this flower is really apt, with small flowers making up a large ball; this large hydrangea tree is located to the left front of the entrance plaza of the east gate of the flower garden, and from a distance, a swath of snow-white is very eye-catching.

The beautiful spring scenery of Hangzhou, the tea plum blossoms are blooming in the Hangzhou Flower Nursery Bonsai Garden
Hangzhou is a great place to enjoy the spring, and for those who like potted plant art, it is recommended to visit the Bonsai Garden at Hangzhou Flower Nursery. This place is the birthplace and grand view garden of Zhejiang-style bonsai, known as the 'International Bonsai Friendship Alliance Exchange Center' and 'Zhejiang Province Excellent Bonsai Demonstration Garden'. The garden houses and displays a large number of exquisite bonsai, making it a famous flower and bonsai viewing spot in Hangzhou and even the whole country.
The Bonsai Garden is located in the southwest corner of Hangzhou Flower Nursery. Although it is not large, there are many highlights. In this season, the tea plum in the garden is blooming, with its white petals being especially fresh and beautiful, and the ground is covered with colorful fallen flowers, a scene that rivals the falling cherry blossoms. In addition to bonsai, the garden also features begonias, garlic, crape myrtle, osmanthus, and Hibiscus mutabilis, offering beautiful views all year round.
Entering the Bonsai Garden is like stepping into a delicate and exquisite garden world. The bonsai in the garden come in various shapes: some are simple and elegant, some are lively and graceful, some are strong and vigorous, and some are gentle and soft. These bonsai, with their exquisite gardening skills, condense the beauty of nature into a small space, making visitors linger and forget to return.
Friendly reminder, Hangzhou Flower Nursery offers free admission. The specific location is on the west side of the section from Yanggong Dike Liujin Bridge to Wolong Bridge. Visitors can enter from the Yanggong Dike entrance, pass through the entire garden area to Longjing Road, and the visiting time is about 1-2 hours.

Lingyin Road/Zhao Gong Dike - Hangzhou Flower Garden - East Gate of Hangzhou Flower Garden - Yanggong Dike - Quyuan Fenghe - West Lake
Compared to the bustling traffic on Lingyin Road, Zhao Gong Dike is a quiet little path with almost no people or cars. Strolling forward, suddenly the view opens up, as if entering an outdoor paradise
Hangzhou Flower Garden on a rainy winter day doesn't have many flowers, but it has an extra touch of tranquility. It feels isolated from the world, enjoying this moment of peace hidden in the mountains.🌹🌹
Looking forward to the arrival of spring, it's worth another visit to explore the secret realm of the flower garden

Hangzhou Flower Garden, located to the west of Yanggong Dike on the west side of West Lake, south of Hongchun Bridge and east of Huangniling. South of the Jinsha Port scenic area, north of the Maojiabu scenic area.
Hangzhou Flower Garden is a long-standing famous spot for viewing flowers and bonsai. It faces West Lake in the front and leans against the West Mountain in the back, with a beautiful environment and exquisite layout, known as 'a bright pearl on the shore of West Lake'.

Hangzhou Huayan, Hangzhou people private collection of flowers
here is familiar to Hangzhou people. It is an old park on the edge of the West Lake. It was in 1958. It is 60 years old this year and is known as the Pearl of the West Lake.
As early as the late 1970s, Hangzhou Huayuan had a grass flower area, a fragrant flower area, a chrysanthemum area, a rose area, a flower area, an orchid area, a bonsai area, a Camellia azalea area, an aquatic flower area, a greenhouse flower area, etc. 10 The area is a model for building flower beds all over the country at that time! Hangzhou people have always loved flowers. At that time, the flowers that dressed up in Hangzhou during the holidays were all planted in Hangzhou. Every year, children go to spring and autumn, and they all like to go to Hangzhou Huayuan.
Hangzhou flower garden is large and free. There are very few tourists, I like to walk slowly, not looking at the direction. Let the eyes follow the good things, or a flower, or a stone, or a small courtyard. It should be the best place to play in the summer, because it has a very large flower square and a fountain waterscape design.
The garden is also full of sweet-scented osmanthus, rose and some unknown flowers. Unfortunately, Lanyuan is not open and missed. Tall old trees grow into forests, small lakes, and creeks will be occupied by lotus flowers in the summer. And I like the potted garden here. Through artistic creation and horticultural cultivation, the beautiful and concentrated scenery of nature and the artistic effect of small and medium-sized are typical and concentrated in the basin. At the same time, the artistic conception of the landscape is as beautiful as the three-dimensional beautiful landscape. .

Hangzhou Huayuan, known as "a pearl on the shore of the West Lake", constitutes an important part of the beauty of the world. Hangzhou Huayuan is located to the west of Yanggong Dike on the west bank of West Lake and east of Huangchunling in the south of Hongchun Bridge. South of Jinshagang Scenic Area, north of Maojiatun Scenic Area. Hangzhou Huayuan is a long-established flower bonsai viewing spot. It faces the West Lake and leans back to Xishan. The environment is beautiful and the layout is exquisite. There are four scenic spots in Huayuan, Hangzhou: the art space built on the theme of Flower and Water Shihua Square, Tianze Building, which was built in the Song Dynasty, and enjoys the panoramic view of Shuangfengyunyun Yunlou, and the full house are all Lanyuan. The transportation here is convenient, and the ticket price is very close to the people. It is worth a visit.

March spring arrival. The first batch of flowers is still open, and the peach blossoms bloom. This song with familiar ears is starting to be lively. The Hangzhou flowering place recommended today is Hangzhou Huayuan, and there are no tickets here. There are many grand open flowers.

March spring flowers how to shoot? You don't have to wear clothes in your daily life. Finding a big tree, adding a prop, and avoiding crowds is also an excellent angle of photography.
Spring flowers, the most suitable shooting time is early, the morning sun is gentle, and not so glaring, it is the best time for shooting, the other is to find the sights with few people Spring blossoms, leaving a set of their own works.
