Five-Star Hotel Dim Sum Buffet!

Lunchtime is the best time for tea! Recently, my friends and I went to @ at the Harbour Grand Hong Kong to enjoy a 150-minute dim sum buffet😍 With up to 45 types of special dim sum, roasted meats, small dishes, and desserts to choose from🤩 The environment is luxurious, and the hotel-level service made everyone super happy! As soon as we sat down, each of us was served a bowl of chayote fish soup, which was rich and delicious👍🏻 Then we had a piece of fish maw, which was nourishing and good for the skin💕 Next, we tried the abalone puff with oyster sauce, which had a crispy crust and was both delicious and exquisite🥰 When it comes to tea, dim sum is a must! There were many types of dim sum available, and my favorite shrimp dumplings and siu mai were unlimited and fantastic☺️ The hot and large char siu buns were soft and filled with ingredients, and the heart-shaped char siu pastries were fragrant and crispy, looking and tasting great😋 The best part was the unlimited roasted meats😍 and they were of high quality👍🏻 The char siu was full of honey flavor, soft, and had the right balance of fat and lean meat. The crispy roast pork belly with mustard was amazing😋 There were also many appetizers like jellyfish with cucumber, sesame eggplant, and small dishes like XO sauce radish cake and rice rolls, all of which were very tasty🤤 After eating, there were still desserts! There were many types of sweet soups and cakes to choose from, and the must-try mango sago was rich in mango flavor and very sweet. This time, we visited the Harbour Grand Hong Kong on the 41st floor to try the 'Black Truffle • Wagyu Beef • Bird's Nest • Mango Afternoon Tea'. The menu offers two pieces of each snack and dessert, all of which taste great and are worth trying. The portions are suitable for two people. Additionally, tea and coffee are provided, and each person gets a complimentary glass of sparkling wine! The most admirable aspect is the restaurant's view. With the sea and sky blending into one, you can enjoy your afternoon tea while admiring the sea view, making for a very relaxing experience. I went to a tram and looked around the city in Hong Kong island, the night view in the tram was spectacular as you see from the picture above. I spent a couple of days living in Harbour Grand Hong Kong Hotel which is a 5-star hotel and their service was great. Highly recommend to live in there ! Moreover, in Hong Kong , you can visit some famous attractions such as ocean park , Disneyland, Victoria Harbour. Cozy!

The hotel room is very cozy and it’s clean! I was in fact sad when I was about to check out. The staff are also very friendly! The hotel is also close to the busy road ,so expect some noises from the vehicle. But I didn’t mind it.

Abundant Lunar New Year Celebration @ Jun Chao Xuan

No matter how many meals of abundant Lunar New Year dinner you have, it's never too much! This night, I had a super abundant and delicious Lunar New Year dinner with a group of good friends. The laughter during the meal was so warm and it's always so happy to meet good friends like this. The location is Jun Chao Xuan inside the Harbour Grand Hong Kong Hotel in North Point. This is my first time here for a meal and I'm very happy to leave a super good impression because the dishes are delicious and quite surprising. The appetizer of the meal, black truffle silverfish, is full of aroma! Salty and savory, leaving a lingering taste after eating, it's a good start. We agreed to have a good start to the Lunar New Year dinner with 'Wind and Water Rising' Abalone Salmon Lo Hei $328! I think the restaurant underestimated this dish, the name is too modest! Because in addition to abalone and salmon, there are walnuts, fish maw, fried hair vegetables and gold foil, of course, refreshing vegetable sticks and delicious Lo Hei sesame sauce. Following the tradition, everyone can taste this delicious dish after the wind and water rise! I super like the sweet melon strips inside, as well as the smooth fresh salmon, chewy fish maw, bouncy abalone and the addictive fried hair vegetables, plus all kinds of ingredients, the taste is super rich and satisfying. This night, we tasted a series of nourishing clay pot dishes, everyone also ate with blood boiling, very nourishing! The first one to come up is the nourishing medicinal chicken pot $428, as soon as it comes up, the rich aroma of medicinal herbs fills the space, the pot is full of nourishing medicinal herbs and of course the nourishing fresh chicken. The medicinal soup is very rich and sweet, the chicken still maintains its skin and meat flavor, so delicious that I ate two bowls and then sweated a lot, proving that this pot of medicinal chicken pot is really full of ingredients. Next is the Ginger Dried Braised Grouper Ball Pot $388, the grouper balls with full of meat are covered with spicy ginger, and there are a lot of dried onions at the bottom, the effect is very delicious, plus the solid fish meat taste and flavor are also very rich. This pot is Black Pepper Vermicelli Prawn Pot $428, looking at the appearance, you know it must be delicious! The vermicelli is cooked very dry and the aroma of black pepper is completely integrated into it, spicy and delicious, plus the palm-sized tiger prawns, this dish is very pleasing. Then this pot of Prawn Sea Cucumber Pomelo Peel Goose Palm Pot $588 is my favorite dish of the night! When you lift the pot lid, it's full of bulging ingredients, very eye-catching. I super appreciate this product as a fan of pomelo peel, the texture is very soft and it's very flavorful, the quality is super high, the sea cucumber is also smooth and delicious, plus the delicious duck palm, the whole dish is super excellent. Many friends at the table like to eat lamb, so we ordered this Ancient Method Double Winter Black Grass Lamb Belly Pot $738 to taste, I can't eat lamb, so I continue to enjoy the delicious pomelo peel hehe. Then comes the 'Phoenix Brings Good News'! Hongyun 30-year-old Chenpi Crispy Fried Chicken $638, the chef used 30-year-old Chenpi to make this dish, very sincere. The fried chicken is crispy and meaty, plus the crispy fried 30-year-old Chenpi, this dish is very precious and really needs to be savored. For the single tail, we have Stir-fried Preserved Meat Glutinous Rice $308, perfect egg skin covers the refreshing and chewy preserved meat glutinous rice, although already very satisfied but also ate two delicious mouthfuls to feel full. For dessert, we got Ginger Black Sugar Rice Cake, the texture is soft and not sticky, the taste is sweet but not greasy, it's my favorite rice cake flavor, this Ginger Black Sugar Rice Cake is priced at $368/bottom, there is a 72% discount for purchase on the hotel's online store, it's worth buying. In addition, we also tried the Far Year Chenpi Jujube Paste Cake $388/bottom, the rich sweet taste of red dates plus the fragrant Chenpi is also a very attractive rice cake. The nourishing clay pot dishes we tasted this time are available until March 31, it's definitely a very good choice for everyone to choose Lunar New Year and opening year meals here, guaranteeing everyone can eat satisfying and happy.

Has a really nice view of Victoria harbour. Got upgraded at check-in from the premier harbour view room to the executive harbour view room. Lost the circular bathtub

HK short weekend

Great looking lobby and friendly staff (excellent English). Room is a tiny bit outdated but you get what you pay for. Located in North Point it’s the best bang for your buck 5 star hotel in HK Island in all honesty. As you can see from the photo the pool is a great place to watch the sunset with a glass of wine. Room service is also pretty darn expensive - 350HKD + 10% for a burger seems a bit much even for Hong Kong.

Excellent stay at Harbour Grand Hong Kong

I am grateful to have stayed at Harbour Grand HK for almost 6 months. It is 3 min walk to MTR station & bus stop, a few steps to East Coast Promenade for a stroll. I got a partial seaview room which is also quiet and not close to elevator. Sound insulation is good. Going to 41/F for breakfast, I enjoy the stunning view and breakfast choice is fine with me. When I tried to use consumption voucher, staff are really patient and polite while trying to help. Last but not least, wish to commend all of the concierge staff. All of them maintain professional manner you could expect for a five star hotel. I also enjoy live harp playing in early evening, & Miffy Christmas Tree as shown by pix here :)

This is an extraordinary stay in Grand Hyatt North Point with fascinating views.

Harbor Grand Hong Kong is located in Po Tai Shan, very convenient from the MTR station. The lobby is gorgeous and the front desk staff is friendly. The room is well-equipped and has a full view of the sea. It is very beautiful.

Harbour Grand hotel at fortress hill is one of the best hotels i have wver stayed in. Really beautiful view with hotel service that u cannot complain. I will definitely come back to stay again.
