Hattori Greenland Park is located in Toyonaka City above Osaka City. It is the largest park in Osaka City, covering a total area of 126 hectares. This is a good place for cherry blossom viewing. The circular flower bed in the park is surrounded by more than 400 cherry trees, which is dazzlingly beautiful. The park is full of all kinds of plants, and as the seasons change, the park also has different scenery. There are also many large outdoor playgrounds, and there are many climbing facilities and slides, so children can have fun.

Hattori Ryokuchi Park's Insect Doctor Training Program
This 'giant ecological laboratory' in northern Osaka offers more than you can imagine! Ride a tandem bike through a 3-kilometer forest tunnel and suddenly be drawn to the 'beetle supply station' in the treetops—it's a special feeding and observation point for rhinoceros beetles set up by the park. Inside the insectarium, the 'Underground Kingdom Perspective Box' allows children to use flashlights to track the routes of ants carrying food. My 5-year-old daughter counted the ants' legs and said, 'They're doing tap dance!' The weekend-only 'Tree Sap Collection Experience' is the craziest, where parents and children wear special helmets to collect oak sap and then make shiny amber pendants in a workshop. Before heading back, don't forget to visit the Showa-era snack shop in the corner of the park and toast with marble soda to celebrate becoming an 'Insect Doctor'!

A Tranquil Time at Hattori Ryokuchi Park
Day 1: Embracing Nature
Stepping into Hattori Ryokuchi Park, I was greeted by a sea of lush greenery. The vast lawns and vibrant flower fields intertwined, creating a vivid picture. Sunlight filtered through the leaves, casting dappled shadows that added a touch of warmth to the tranquility. I strolled through the park, with a gentle breeze brushing against me, accompanied by the cheerful laughter of children, making me appreciate the joys of life. In the heart of the park, I found a comfortable bench and sat down to savor my coffee. Birds chirped happily around me, as if providing a soundtrack to this peaceful moment. As evening approached, I watched the sunset, with the afterglow reflecting on the lake, the golden ripples mesmerizing me.
Day 2: Exercise and Connecting with Nature
In the early morning, I entered Hattori Ryokuchi Park again, planning to join the park's cycling activity. I rented a bike and rode along the dedicated bike paths, feeling the wind brush against my face as I passed through tree-lined trails. Along the way, I encountered various scenic spots, such as a small bridge by the lake and blooming cherry blossom trees, each making me stop to capture the beautiful moments. In the afternoon, I enjoyed lunch at a café within the park, admiring the view outside the window, feeling content. The two-day itinerary made me deeply appreciate the charm of Hattori Ryokuchi Park. This natural haven is not just a place for recreation but a journey that heals the soul.
