Excellent quality of roast goose with the traditional taste.
We went for lunch, not crowded, waiters were polite and sincere. The roasted goose was so tasty, the skin was so aromatic when you have a bite those flavor just linger in your mouth, rice was of good quality goes well with the goose and the choi sum they used they made sure it was without the pesticide/bitter taste. Live up to their michelin star reputation. Very satisfied with their food and service. This was our 2nd times went to this restaurant. They never disappointed us.
