[2024 Singapore Stay] Travel Guide for KeSa House, The Unlimited Collection managed by The Ascott Limited (Updated Dec)
KēSa House
#mysgmemories
I was fortunate to have the opportunity to stay in KēSa House, The Unlimited Collection by Oakwood, deep within the Keong Saik area, the façade looking like a shophouse, and the interior which have many rooms across two floors and every Patio room had a different sized patio. The ground floor was used mainly for restaurants, and a small portion for the front desk and lift area for the hotel staff and guests.
The facilities included a communal kitchen, launderette and also lounge space above the front desk area, and I particularly love the water tap in the kitchen, as it was able to fill our bottles with either still or sparkling water.

As a chronic insomniac sufferer, my number 1 priority while searching for hotels and repeat stays are their BEDS. If i can fall asleep easily, I am definitely going to be their No. 1 fan and repeat stayer. This place have a comfy bed that every inch of my body is literally craving for it. They have a laundry room and shared kitchen for guests. Free flow coffee and tea available in the kitchen. Water is free flow sparkling water like a seltzer or soda stream or fizzy water, need to bring the glass refillable bottle from your room to the kitchen. It is located in Chinatown so I had my fav La Mian almost everyday lol 🍜. Oh and their rooms have a bluetooth speaker so you can work in your room or you can work at the available workspace outside the corridor. Love, love, love.

Kesa House — Deluxe Room 🌌
Had an amazing 3D2N stay in Mar 2022 once again at Kesa House, this time in a Deluxe Room located on the top (3rd) floor, with its distinguishing feature being the skylight windows. Not sure if it only applies to this room I stayed in, but I really appreciated the shower door installed (it may be a new addition or special to this room; some of the other rooms I’ve stayed in had doors that didn’t close completely, by design). The hotel also makes full use of the limited shophouse space, so the room didn’t feel cramped. Something I really enjoy about staying in Kesa House is the awesome water dispenser with sparkling water. Overall one of my go-to places when I need some quiet downtime.
Damage: $202 for 2 nights after Trip promo and SG Rediscovers voucher

Kesa House Staycay
The sheer presence of KeSa House captures all the attention along Keong Saik street. Which was the main reason we decided to stay here!
The whole hotel has an excellent design concept and very strong with the beautiful brown and teal colours. We stayed in a lovely superior room with a lot of light coming in through the shophouse windows. The bed, amenities, TV were all more than adequate, and we liked that Nordaq sparkling water was available on tap in the shared kitchen.
The hotel is also a stone's throw away from many excellent restaurants and cafes in the Keong Saik area.
Hotel staff Jordan certainly made the experience an excellent one - he was articulate, friendly and always happy to serve all guests including us.
All in all, we would certainly return again to experience other room types!

Thanks to Trip.com offer, I managed to snag a standard room for sgd62 nett which is a great deal to try out Kesa House.
Kesa House is a boutique hotel which is located in the trendy Keong Saik Road with lot of eateries around including the famous Keong Saik Bakery.
Whilst the standard room is very compact, it is suitable for a solo staycation and has all one need for a comfortable stay. The only grip is you need to bring the two glass bottles to the common kitchen area to get filtered still or sparkling water (took me a while to figure out how to use the water filter system , luckily another guest offer her help to me).
The bathroom is very small and unfortunately for some weird reason, the toilet roll in the bathroom was wet upon check in. A quick call to the front desk solved the issue and a fresh new roll in plastic was provided to my room shortly.
There is some noise as well as smell pollution (ie. if someone bring in food from outside, the smell linger in the hallway and filter to the room) from the walkway.
It is a interesting stay experience for me.

KēSa House, Singapore
My room was on the 3rd floor which was the highest in the hotel. Right by the lift lobby is the laundry area where you can wash your clothes in the washing machines provided. On the 2nd floor, there’s a lounge for you to chill with your friends. A kitchen/ pantry area is also available to use! There’s a kitchenette for you to do some light cooking and a microwave for heating up of food. You can check out the photos here. However, due to the recent heightened pandemic restrictions, the kitchen area is out of bounds until further notice.
So! Will I recommend my friends to stay here? An absolutely, definite yes! If you’re looking for somewhere scenic and comfortable, this hotel is definitely for you. Perfect for couples, even more perfect if you have large groups of friends. KēSa House is for everyone! Also remember, book the deluxe category if you want a skylight in your room.

Kesa house premium room
What a beautiful boutique hotel with amazing balcony. Our room was on level 2 and there is lift inside the hotel. The whole hotel smells nice ans has plenty common areas like living room, kitchen and beautiful corners. My room has a slightly bigger than usual balcony and it is facing Duxton park. There are also plenty of food options around Kesa house. Their bed is comfortable but can be quite high for children. There are plenty of walking space in the room too. The front desk staff are friendly and eager to please. Overall, Kesa House is a very hip boutique hotel with interesting room concepts. I got a good deal for their premium room less than $100.

Chosen deluxe room and considered spacious. Not much amenities, location quite inconvenient, friendly front desk staff, had that cosy feeling. Food court and convenience store nearby too.
