📍IYOTO (Iyoto) Rice flour bread and sweets specialty store
---------------------------------------------
This time I had 💁♀️
⭐︎Soy milk cream muffin ¥490
⭐︎Sakura Mont Blanc muffin ¥390
⭐︎Avocado and hummus vegan sandwich ¥690
⭐︎Mini rice flour bread with bamboo charcoal ¥600
⭐︎Table rolls, pack of 3 ¥390
IYOTO opened last August as the first gluten-free store🌾
Originally, they operated 10 wheat flour bread stores, but in this day and age when the number of people with allergies is increasing, they opened a new brand to deliver delicious bread to everyone🏠
They don't bring any wheat flour into the store, so it's a safe bakery for people with allergies🍞
Even the seasonings used in their prepared breads are gluten-free🏅 Rice The flour used is "Asahi no Yume" from Tochigi Prefecture, which is also a rice-producing region 🌾 It's delicious to be convinced ✨
🧁 Muffins
Fluffy muffin dough made using Nagasaki's Ochimizu Masa Shoten's "Taiyo Egg" and rice flour 🥚
Homemade custard inside 🥹
There is also plenty of whipped cream on top, and it is made with no artificial colorings and vegetable and fruit pigments 👏
The cherry blossom muffins have a strong cherry blossom feel, and the cherry blossoms on top go well with the salty and sweet cream 💯 It's absolutely delicious 🌸
It's only available now, so I hope all cherry blossom lovers will try it✨🍓The strawberries in the muffins are sweet and fresh, and they're delicious🤤
🥪Vegan sandwich
A gorgeous sandwich filled with avocado, carrots, purple cabbage, and plenty of hummus🥑
The hummus is made from chickpea paste, so it's great for protein👏
The bread they use is chewy, sweet, and delicious✨
They also have fried salmon and teriyaki chicken, so I'll try those next🐟
🍞Bamboo Charcoal Bread
6 types of bread✨
Among them, I chose bamboo charcoal, which has a detoxifying effect🫣
It's low in carbs and fats, so it's low in calories,
and it's the best bread that cleanses the body👏
The taste is the same sweetness of rice flour as the regular plain bread,
and it doesn't taste like charcoal🙈
It's chewy, so it's delicious even if you eat it as is✨The mini size is also a nice point🫧
🥯Table Roll
Black Sesame Tonoda Salt🧂
The black sesame spreads the aroma of sesame the moment you eat it! This is a bread that sesame lovers should definitely try ✨
Noda salt has a slight salty and buttery flavor,
and it seems like it can be arranged in various ways 💓
I had it with scrambled eggs on top 😋
Even if you can't eat it on the day, it will last about a month if you freeze it, so it's the best bread you'll want to stock up on ✨
It's a wonderful bakery that is gentle on your body, delicious, and satisfies both your body and mind 🐘
They also have baked goods, tiramisu, and pudding,
and it's a great gift 👍
It can be purchased online as well as in stores, so I recommend it 📦
If you like chewy bread, please give it a try *
