Kuramathi: Best honeymoon
Kuramathi in the Maldives is the second largest island among the 200 hotel islands. Although it is the second largest, it is actually not that big. It only takes 30 to 40 minutes to walk from the northernmost to the southernmost part. Golf carts are always available for transportation on the island.
The reason for choosing Kuramathi is that it has a richer range of facilities and activities to experience. After all, some hotel islands in the Maldives are really too small, and the types of experiences are relatively limited.
There are many things to do in Kuramathi, including snorkeling, scuba diving, stand-up paddle boarding, canoeing, sailing, submarines, island swimming pools, island bars, etc. Couples who like playing in the water are guaranteed to have a great time here.
During the week we stayed on the island, we went snorkeling 2 to 3 times almost every day because the underwater world was so beautiful, with so many species, endless fish, walruses and perfect visibility.
The food was also very good. We bought an all-inclusive package, which means we didn't have to pay extra for food and drinks on the island. So to put it simply, every meal was a buffet. Because there were so many choices, you wouldn't get tired of it even after a few days.
As for accommodation, we stayed in a beach villa and an ocean house, and we loved both.
Thank you Kuramathi for making our honeymoon a wonderful experience for my husband and me.
