A Little Morocco Nostalgia, as Tickets Can Only Be Bought to Crimea for Now 😥💦
😢💦 Nostalgia weaves a poignant tapestry in my heart, as I find myself yearning for the enchanting streets of Morocco. The very mention of its name evokes memories of bustling medinas, the aroma of exotic spices, and the vibrant tapestry of colors that adorned every corner. Today, the path leads elsewhere, to Crimea, a destination of undeniable allure in its own right.
Yet, the echoes of distant places, the whispers of far-off adventures, linger as cherished memories. They remind us that our wanderlust knows no bounds, that the world is a tapestry of wonder awaiting our exploration. 🌍🌆 #Wanderlust #Morocco #Crimea"
As I wander through the charming streets of Crimea, the enchanting architecture and rich history of this region capture my heart. The cobblestone streets tell tales of centuries past, and the breathtaking landscapes paint a picture of nature's unparalleled beauty. But Morocco, with its labyrinthine alleys, the call to prayer echoing through the air, and the warmth of its people, still holds a special place in my soul.
Nostalgia, like a tapestry woven with threads of memories, pulls at my heartstrings. It's a reminder that our journeys are not just about the destinations we reach, but the imprints they leave on our hearts. So, whether I'm strolling through the bustling markets of Marrakech or exploring the hidden gems of Crimea, I carry with me the echoes of Morocco's enchantment and the promise of new adventures yet to be discovered.

La Mamounia is one of the most luxurious hotels in the heart of Marrakech. The hotel is celebrating its 100th year. The highlight of the hotel is its interior and exterior design that are locally inspired. The design is timeless, radiant, elegant and vibrant despite its 100 year history.
The Moroccan inspired design and craftsmanship behind each wooden door is beyond words. The pool is very relaxing like in a palace and the spa is very romantic. There are 4 restaurants within the hotel from Marrakesh cuisine to French style restaurant by Chef Jean-Georges. [La Mamounia Marrakech]
The Moroccan luxury swimming pool and porch make this hotel popular with countless INS travellers. This 1923 La Mamounia is known as the seven-star luxury hotel in Africa. It has attracted many political celebrities and celebrities, such as Churchill, Roosevelt, Chaplin, etc., and is now the most worthwhile hotel in Marrakech.
From the strict security at the entrance to the palatial lobby, magnificent gardens, exquisite courtyards, Majorelle Gallery, Churchill Bar, luxury everywhere. The price of one night ranges from 3,200 to 30,000. If you can't book it on the website, you have to book it on the official website. There is a Chinese official website.
The hotel is very large, and often walks and no direction. The waiter is very warm, take us all the way to the Churchill, and said that Churchill said that this hotel is the most beautiful place in the world. One, worthy of the name.
INS is more red is the SPA here, the price is not cheap, the price of thousands of hours, the pool here is really very beautiful, did not go to the SPA, the official map put one.
There is an outdoor cafe next to the garden. I ordered two drinks and a nut snack tray. The Moroccan almonds are really delicious. A friend ordered a cocktail and said it was difficult to drink. Islam is forbidden. The place where Morocco can buy wine is not bad. If you like to drink, you can buy it at the airport duty-free shop.

After finishing my trip to Marrakech, I tried to sort out my feelings about the trip bit by bit. I wrote about Amanjena the day before yesterday, and after this article about La Mamounia, I will also share about Mandarin Oriental, Park Hyatt and my favorite Royal Mansour.
History and legend meet, this timeless hotel has many stories to tell. At the beginning of the story, it was given to Prince Amamon as a wedding gift, witnessing a royal legend. Later, it won high praise from Churchill and attracted political celebrities such as Roosevelt. The famous director Hitchcock also filmed the movie "The Man Who Knew Too Much" here, adding a layer of legend to the hotel. At La Mamounia, every piece of history tells its unique charm.
And his legend continues. The hotel has undergone many renovations from 1923 to 2020, from Jacques Garcia's reconstruction of the light and shadow of the building, to Patrick Jouin's combination of the artistic charm of Morocco with Italy and Spain, and even the recent redesign of the public areas and hotel restaurants by Jouin Mancourt Architects, all of which reflect that the hotel has never stopped pursuing perfection and beauty.
The redesign of the public areas and hotel restaurants reflects the hotel's never-ending pursuit of perfection and beauty.
When it comes to La Mamounia, my most intuitive feeling is its incomparable comfort. Every inch of space here tells a story of elegance and solemnity, which is one of the reasons why La Mamounia is so fascinating. The hotel's garden is a place that left a deep impression on me. Whether it is the birdsong in the early morning or the breeze in the evening, this oasis-like garden can always bring people endless tranquility and relaxation. Walking here, it feels like being in another world, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, enjoying the beauty of nature.

La Mamounia, a legendary Moroccan hotel collected by countless celebrities.
La Mamounia Garden Hotel, a century-old miracle, is collected by many world celebrities. It is not only a hotel, but also a history museum, and the best choice for many film shoots. This royal garden resort hotel in Morocco, North Africa, is the mosaic-decorated hotel lobby in the movie "The Man Who Knew Too Much," and the traditional Moroccan restaurant was also filmed here.
We were very lucky to have lunch here. When we walked into the hotel restaurant, we were attracted by the exquisite decoration and architecture. 🤩 This was once the palace of the Arab dynasty in Morocco. The rooms and corridors in the palace are magnificent, with exquisite mosaic tiles, carved materials, gorgeous ceilings, exquisite murals on the walls, and Arab architectural features such as arched doors.
At noon, we enjoyed the traditional Moroccan delicacy, tagine, with olives and stewed chicken (or beef), a must-eat dish in Morocco, with a few side dishes and fruits, and naan as the staple food. 🫓 Their naan is a bit like bread and is softer. Rice 🍚 is a rare staple food in Morocco. We only had two meals with rice during our ten-day trip. 😋
In this restaurant 🍴 full of a century of history and traditional culture, you can taste the unique charm of Moroccan life and art, and enjoy a beautiful experience and unique style of food. 😋
