Longtian Town, Longyou, Quzhou: An underrated treasure I always thought the one place you couldn't miss in Quzhou was the ancient town of Nianba, until I went to Longtian Town (also known as Redwood Town) in Longyou and realized how amazing it is! I never thought it would cost 8 billion to build, with modern buildings and ancient towers complementing each other in a unique and magical style. Now is the off-season in Quzhou, and many attractions are open for free, so hurry up and visit Quzhou! The location is in Redwood Town (Longtian Town, Longyou). The ticket is 89 yuan for a one-time pass, but if you stay in a hotel in the scenic area, you don't need to buy a ticket. The opening hours are from 9:00 to 20:00. The tour route can start with a boat tour of the Qu River, where you can enjoy the scenery on both sides of the river. After getting off the boat, you can walk around and visit the Zitan Palace, the riverside corridor, the Tai Mu Hall, the Yu En Hall, the Redwood Museum, etc. You can enjoy the rich cultural heritage and exquisite architectural craftsmanship along the way. The must-play items are the land tour and the check-in, where you can walk into each of the ancient buildings and take a closer look, and some of them can even be climbed for a view. For example, the Yinghe Palace is the tallest building in the town, and standing on top of it, you can see the whole town in all its beauty, which is a very impressive feeling. There is also a boat tour, where the buildings and pavilions are lined up along the river, and the corridors and courtyards are paired with classical buildings, which is a very strong visual impact.
