Lotte World or Lotte World Adventure (Korean: 롯데월드 어드벤처) is a major recreation complex in Seoul, South Korea. It consists of a large indoor theme park, an outdoor amusement park called "Magic Island", an artificial island on a lake linked by monorail, shopping malls, a luxury hotel, an observation tower, a Korean folk museum, sports facilities, and movie theaters. Opened in July 1989, Lotte World receives approximately 7.3 million visitors each year. Lotte World's sister theme park, Lotte World Adventure Busan, opened in March 2022.

Bought 2 tickets to the Lotte World Adventure tickets through Trip.com - the best decision ever! Got it with a 50% discount, which was very nice. Spent a whole day on Thursday here. Frankly speaking, it seemed like the indoor park is mostly for kids. I wasn’t really impressed by 4D attractions either. However, once we went outside to the Magic Island, it was much more fun. There are many extreme and cool attractions for adults! The wait time for every ride is approx 1-1.5 hours long, meanwhile the rides themselves are 2 minutes long. By the evening it got less crowded so the waiting time was pretty short. I recommend getting a magic pass in advance to avoid queues in the mornings and day times. 🔝 When you come to the metropolis of Seoul, you should experience the beauty of modern society. Head to 📍Lotte World and just be a kid again, regardless of age 👭. Open ⭕️ all year round, and even at night 🌃, this indoor 🎡 amusement park is not afraid of wind or rain. It's the dream destination for many children, hehe 👻 We went to the 🌃 night session, which mainly features the indoor Adventure World. There are pirate ships, roller coasters, carousels, and even a hot air balloon 🎈 that goes around the top of the amusement world, offering a panoramic view. The night view 🎆 is pretty beautiful. My sister and I are a bit scared of thrilling rides, so we played some of the more kid-friendly attractions 😂. That carousel 🎠 is quite pretty. Of course, there's also a lot of eating and playing integrated inside, with many 🍲 restaurants and really pretty ice cream 🍧. I seem to remember that in 2015, such cute and beautiful ice cream was basically not seen in China. It's just too adorable 💕.

Living my K drama dream in lotte world

Me and some of my friends visited the lotte world in June and i must say it was little hot but considering the fun we had there inside it was totally worth it. Though we visited on weekdays there were alot of people and the line in every games were insane. Probably waited for 1 hour to ride those rides. They also had the carnival at the end and every staff in lotte world are fluent in English which is major plus point and those uniform will cost you around 20 bucks. #seoul #lotteworld #trip #instagramworthydestinations

🎢 K-Drama Fantasies @ Lotte World

Address: 240 Olympic-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul, South Korea If you've watched a fair share of K-dramas (King the Land, Business Proposal, Taxi Driver, etc), you will definitely know this landmark - Lotte World! Korea's answer to Disney Land, their very own "recreation complex"! Located at Sincheon-dong, Songpa-gu, it is has both indoor and outdoor theme parks. Personally, we enjoyed the Pharoah's Fury and The Adventures of Sinbad rides at the indoor theme park. The rest were just filled with children and teenagers! What's not to be missed is definitely the outdoor area. Just the sight of the castle itself will make you feel like you're part of a K-drama scene. Because it was near Halloween last year when we were there, there were also lots of Halloween themed decorations and rides! The highlight for us was the Haunted House experience! We originally planned to stay for a whole day in Lotte World, but we ended up leaving before lunch because there just weren't any good rides for adults anymore. If you're wondering why there are lots of people in school uniforms, it's not just because the place is popular with students... It's also because there are school uniform rental available at Lotte World! We find it cute, but it's not an experience we'd go for. The price may go up to 20k won and more. If you have children, or would like to live out a high school K-drama fantasy... Then yes, Lotte World is definitely the place for you! If you're not, then skipping it may be a better option. It’s was so fun at Lotte world and we went there with bookings from trip.com! It’s was easy and very convenient. The whole trip to Korea was made last minute and it was really convenient to book with trip.com! We really enjoyed the day trips, food and fun! I want to rent the Decelis Academy uniform, but the queue is toooo long haha. So I decided to just go without it. But I'm still having fun! So many engene go there tooo. When it comes to October, you have to go to Lotte World to enjoy horror~ I highly recommend watching the street horror show 'The Marionette' at the Pirate Ship Plaza every day at 8:20 PM! After the show ends, there's a photo time where you can take pictures together! The performers are great dancers and their makeup is incredibly realistic! I recommend staying until the evening rather than just during the day👍👍

What should you do on a rainy day in Seoul? The answer is lotte world! we went there in July where the monsoon season just started so of course it was raining through our whole stay there. When we brainstormed what we could do to avoid being outside we stumbled upon lotte world! Lotte world is an amusement park which has an indoor and outdoor area with many different kinds of rides, food stalls and an arcade too! There are performances on stage and also a fiesta walk through the whole indoor area! So we almost stayed the whole day since it was so much fun! 10/10 would recommend!
