I've been to Macau at least 6 times over last 5 years! There is something special about this city that makes me coming back over and over again. Macau is not very big and the architecture is so beautiful, it's better to discover it on foot, rather than taking taxi! There are super famous tourist attractions in Macau (Ruins of St.Paul, The Venetian, Macau Tower, Season Square etc) and sure you need to see them, but after that go for a walk and you will feel the vibe of this amazing city where you find new buildings in the middle of old traditional streets. Walking on Macao Tower was one of the activities on our bucket list. We had planned to experience AJ Hackett's Skywalk, but unfortunately, the tickets were already sold out when we arrived. Although we were disappointed, the breathtaking sunset view from the top of the tower somewhat made up for it. The panoramic view was spectacular as we can see a bird's-eye view of the entire city of Macau! In order to catch the sunset, we arrived around 6:30 PM (Macau's sunset is at around 7:00 PM) and stayed until 8:00 PM to see the mesmerising night scenery (refer to the attached photos).
