In a little village in Malacca called Machap Baru, there lies a petite little street within the residential area where the villagers decorated it with red lanterns and peach blossom flowers to enhance the mood of Chinese New Year. The whole stretch is covered with lots of lanterns leading from the main road to a small alley, whereby there is a replica of seats underneath the plum blossom tree decorated with colourful lights. The kindness and hospitable residence within the street makes the entire event happened and thanks to their hospitality, many visitors are able to witness such nice atmosphere of Chinese New Year. #newyearadventure
