Brooklyn Things
The Brooklyn Bridge, one of New York City's most iconic landmarks, is the world's first wire suspension bridge and the oldest in America. It connects Manhattan Island and the Brooklyn neighborhood. This bridge has been featured in numerous movies and TV shows.
DUMBO stands for Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass, a highlight for tourists. The area is known for its cobblestone streets, innovative architecture, restaurants, and stunning views of the East River. It is also a famous spot for taking pictures of the Brooklyn Bridge. Other great photo spots include Brooklyn Bridge Park, Main Street Park, and Pebble Beach.
How to get to the Brooklyn Bridge
Taking the train is the most convenient and fastest way. You can take the F subway line to York Street Station or the A and C lines to High Street–Brooklyn Bridge Station. From there, walk up to Prospect St or the area under the Brooklyn Bridge. The journey takes about 20 minutes from downtown Manhattan.

The Statue of Liberty and the Manhattan Bridge are two iconic structures that hold immense historical and cultural significance in New York City. Standing as symbols of freedom, progress, and unity, these landmarks continue to captivate locals and visitors alike.
The Statue of Liberty, located on Liberty Island in New York Harbor, is a colossal copper statue that was gifted to the United States by France in 1886. Designed by French sculptor Frédéric Auguste Bartholdi, the statue represents Libertas, the Roman goddess of freedom. Lady Liberty stands proudly, holding a torch in her right hand and a tablet in her left, upon which is inscribed the date of the American Declaration of Independence. Her presence serves as a welcoming beacon to immigrants arriving in America, representing the country's values of liberty, democracy, and hope. The Statue of Liberty has become an enduring symbol of freedom not only for New Yorkers but for the entire nation.

Vibrant New York
Despite all the skyscrapers in New York, it is still possible to find a piece of green or a relaxing space to feel recharged and energised when you walk around the Big Apple. The artisans on the street, the Sunday markets, or just a connecting bridge can easily impress you. This busy city offers you tranquility and soothing views too. Along the bridge there are often different artisans selling their handicrafts, while on both sides of the lands there are dancers, musicians and people of all walks of life making a living with their own talents and skills - sometimes people watching can be equally entertaining and rewarding than taking instagramable photos!

Dream come true of knowing this street in Brooklyn (New York) who has the Manhattan Bridge as a background.
The part that caught my attention was the Empire State Building lined up in the span of the bridge. #beautifulpics

Brooklyn Bridge | Gazing at the Lights Across the River
I visited in 2019 but unfortunately didn't take any photos. Now, as I'm about to leave and revisit, I feel quite nostalgic. To see the night view, I stayed by the shore at Brooklyn Bridge Park from 5 PM to 9:30 PM, waiting for the sky to turn completely dark. The fourth photo is from the famous Manhattan Bridge photo spot in Dumbo.

Explore Brooklyn Bridge Park in New York
Brooklyn Bridge Park is located under the Brooklyn Bridge, offering a stunning view of the Manhattan skyline across the Hudson River. The park features six piers, each like a separate park to explore. Visitors can sunbathe on the grass, ride the carousel, cycle, or jog.
Piers 1 to 3 are lush with greenery, and there's a Shake Shack nearby where you can enjoy a delightful cookie cream shake. Heading north along the Brooklyn Bridge to the Manhattan Bridge leads you to the famous Dumbo area, a photography hotspot under the Manhattan Bridge. This area also boasts more parks like Main St Park and John St Park, along with numerous pizza places, Starbucks, and various restaurants. You can also find %arabica coffee, with a popular ice cream shop next door.
Nearby, at 55 Water St, is the Time Out Market, considered the Brooklyn version of Chelsea Market. It's a hub for trendy spots, including the new matcha destination Cha Cha Matcha, along with various dining options and fashion accessories. Subway access includes the F line at York St, A/C lines at High St, 2/3 lines at Clark St, R line at Court St, and 4/5 lines at Borough Hall. The public restrooms in the park are not very clean, but there's a library nearby at 286 Cadman Plz W, Brooklyn, NY 11201. The Time Out Market also has restrooms, though they often have long lines.

NYC - a pretty wild and interesting place but remember to have a good sense of your surroundings. Homeless people are everywhere and occasionally they do harass or interact with you

Manhattan Bridge
Visiting the Manhattan Bridge was an interesting and special experience.
The bridge is located in New York City and is part of the majestic urban landscape. It offers a wonderful view of the East River and famous city landmarks like skyscrapers and Brooklyn. I enjoyed crossing the bridge and exploring the magnificent views of the city from above. The bridge also has a beautiful architectural design that brings a unique atmosphere to the surrounding area. Visiting the Manhattan Bridge was a fun and exciting moment during my trip to New York.

My Perfect New York Morning!
I spent two fun-filled weeks in New York and this was one of my favorite itineraries.
I started my day at the famous Katz’s Deli with a mouthwatering pastrami sandwich. Getting there early is a good idea as it can get pretty hectic.
After filling up I headed for Chinatown which isn’t far away. You can take a subway but I prefer to walk as I love neighborhoods. China town is full of hustle and bustle throughout day so after a Chinese milk tea and a quick wander, I headed for he Manhattan Bridge. This is less busy than Brooklyn Bridge and you can get some great shots of the city!
At the other side of the bridge I headed down to steps to take the iconic shot of the Empire State Building between the pillars of the Manhattan Bridge. After that I began my walk towards Brooklyn Bridge to take the subway back to Manhattan.

The Unseen Side of Blogging: Behind the Lens
How much is left behind the scenes.
When they write to me that my life is a complete luxury relaxation, I am overwhelmed with pride. This means that I'm pretty good at hiding:
▫️ round-the-clock shooting and bruises under the eyes;
▫️ shooting photos in summer dresses, and sometimes in swimsuits at zero temperature;
▫️ a year of depression, when not a day passed without tears, but you had to smile at the camera and continue to shoot 8 hours a day no matter what;
▫️ moments when the plane gets into turbulence, all the passengers around squeak, and you keep trying to hit the snapseed with a brush just so as to cover up a random guy in the photo;
▫️ 20 hour flights with 3-4 transfers, damaged luggage, flight delays and more.
Of course, there are many benefits of blogging! I love this activity very much, especially the last two years, when my mental state began to normalize (well, let's close our eyes to the fact that 3 months ago everything was ruined again… But I’m doing my best to live with it and find a way out). In general, I entered the working mode. There are more and more travels, funny stories are multiplying every day!
With this post, I wanted to say that just like I will never understand what it means to work in the office, what are the difficulties and so on. Or the job of a flight attendant, or the job of a teacher. Yes, any profession! So you will never understand what difficulties are behind beautiful pictures.
I wonder which of the bloggers you are most interested in? Whose posts do you always try to read? Let's share the recommendations of your favorite blogs in the comments ❤️🙈

Seeking Connection in the Midst of First Dates and City Lights 🌃❤️
The past 9 months have been filled with first dates, each an exploration of connection. Yet, often, they remain surface interactions. As the city lights flicker, I'm in search of a deeper connection, one that transcends casual introductions and fleeting moments. 🌆👫
