Hidden Gem in Manly
#sydneytrip
This hidden gem is located at a secluded spot away from the busy Manly beach is the best place to watch the ocean. If you continue walking under the cliffs towards Freshwater Bay, there are nice rocks you sit on. Note that this does require a bit of scrambling though
Unless you’re not walking out to the pinnacle edge of rock cliff face, you won’t find the entry to the tunnel.
Torch light not required as it is a 10 second walk through.
Once you pass through the tunnel, it’s quite a rock climb around to Freshwater beach, not suitable for 8 years under.
Manly Wormhole: A must-visit secret perspective for taking photos at dusk
#Australiamust-go check-in spots
Manly Wormhole is located in the reef area next to Manly Beach. The 40-meter-long Manly Wormhole is different from other rock caves. It was dug by fishermen more than a century ago because the interior is surrounded by the sea. It is washed by waves, creating a unique landscape topography. This is a secret place that is particularly suitable for taking pictures, and the Manly Wormhole is a must-photo shooting angle here.
