Lakarsantri, Kota SBY, Jawa Timur 60226 Ambiance/Facilities - Chinese Fine Dining Restaurant Highlights - Wide variety of dim sum and Ala Carte dishes as well as the limited amount Coconut Pudding Additional Comments - Personally, I think this is the best Chinese Restaurant in Surabaya. All the food that they serves are all great. Been to the restaurant multiple times with family. The garlic fried rice is definitely a show stealer. The lack of picture for the said fried rice proves how good it is. Everyone is already digging into the fried rice before I could even get a picture. The variety of dim sum are also great. Do try their Xiao Long Bao (non-halal) since theirs tastes soo good. They also have the infamous Coconut Pudding. Do ask for the coconut pudding when visiting. Do notice that they only serves a limited amount of the Coconut Pudding. There are times where they run out of it when I wanted to order. All in all, I feel that they deserve the title as the best Chinese Restaurant in Surabaya Avg.
