#indonesiatrip #travelanywhere Booked a 3days 2 night stay at this whitewashed sky villas of this Nongsa Montigo resort, they had got the rooms overall extremely clean and very well maintain. Enjoyed the pool Villa, the house keeping staff are great. They serve up contemporary interior design, exquisite sea views, and private pools and we had one night of private BBQ facilities at our open balcony. The rooms are beautiful and it’s like a mini Santorini in Asia! The service at Montigo was 5 stars top notch. Everyone was so friendly and smiley all the time. They have buggy to bring us to our villas, and also lounge, pool bar to enjoy the facilities. Not to mention spa too ☺️ Address: Jl. Peaceful day.. Beautiful scenery and room. You got welcome once you at Nongsa ferry terminal. When we reach montigo, we were welcome with a refreshing drink. Love the place except our room toilet smell.. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Fried rice at the Pantai were delicious... Ops downside.. Mosquitoes...

Short resort getaway

Given that Batam is a short ferry ride away from the jetties of Singapore, my friends and I decided to do a short getaway here for the weekend. Wow our unit was super massive in size, plus it was double-storied as well. However, so be prepared for lots of insects and lizards even inside the property as many spaces are open-air. A perfect getaway that is just a 30 minutes’ ferry ride away from Singapore. 1. The villa is clean and spacious. Huge bathroom and bathtub and comforable bed for me. 2. best weekend getaway at montigo!

My husband and I stayed in Montigo Resort @ Nongsa for just two nights. Though it was just two nights, it was extremely memorable for the both of us 🥹 we never knew waking up to the sunrise would be so beautiful.. lying down just watching the sun rise with a bit of sea breeze, perfect! Also, we could suntan with some privacy, just the talk of us! The best part is that the staffs there are extremely friendly and welcoming. They cater to our needs all the time, and promptly attend to us whenever we have any questions. Their WhatsApp replies are really fast too, which I would recommend everyone to contact them via WhatsApp instead of calling from your room. Will definitely be back again! 💓 #mustvisit #beachlife

view was great, it’s the kind of view that you wish to wake up to every morning. private pool and the place was overall quite clean as well. buffet breakfast has a wide spread of cuisine and food (mostly local food though). the only downside is the location and the security. since the place is very far off from the city, if you were to go back late at night, the road to montigo is super dark, no street lights at all so i would recommend going back early. finding a grab to the city was always relatively hard, took quite some time. the main door of the villa is see through and not really secure so just lock your bedrooms at night :)

Montigo Resort is one of the best resort to stay in Batam. The resort is located away from the hustle of city life where you can really chill and relax in. The rooms are clean, the beds and pillow are very comfy too! Every villa has their own private pool which is great as you do not have to squeeze with other guest in the public pool. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, which actually makes us feel very welcome in the resort! There is no telephone in the resort and everything is communicated via WhatsApp and the response rate is pretty fast! #fallishere

Enjoying the sun, the surf and the sea at the Montigo Resort in Batam. And it's just a stone throw away from Singapore! At Montigo, I could enjoy a game of golf, sumptuous meals, off road buggy, island tours and more. In fact, I also had the chance to do some shopping even! And also, don't forget to take home some kueh lapis too. They're famous in Batam, and everyone orders them by the bag fulls.
