Moreton Island Get Wrecked 1-Day Tour
We met our fellow tour guests at the Brisbane Coach Terminal meeting point. Sunset Safaris also does pick-ups from Gold Coast but they are more expensive and the meeting time is way earlier. The driver then collected $50 from each person for the National Park and Ferry levy fees. After that, it was a comfortable 45-minute drive to the port to board the MiCat Ferry.
Our first activity was taking a four-wheel-drive (4WD) out to the desert for sand tobogganing. Then we had a picnic lunch which they provided.
The next two activities were snorkelling and transparent kayaking around the shipwrecks, with equipment provided (super convenient!).
My overall rating of the experience: 4 out of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brisbane Fishing Paradise: Treasures of the Sea
Brisbane, a city embraced by the sea, boasts picturesque fishing hotspots that captivate the heart.
Stradbroke Island is like a dreamlike wonderland in the ocean. The lookout points on the island offer panoramic views of the boundless sea, where the azure sky meets the horizon. In the surrounding waters, schools of fish dart among the coral reefs, clownfish frolic in the embrace of sea anemones, and sea urchins rest quietly on the rocks. As fishing boats cut through the water, curious dolphins often approach, swimming alongside the boats, as if dancing with humans.
Moreton Island is another enchanting fishing destination. The pristine white sandy beaches and the deep blue sea create a stunning coastline. The crystal-clear waters reveal starfish and seashells on the seabed. During the fishing season, schools of tuna and snapper gather in large numbers, testing the skills and patience of anglers. The occasional giant sea turtle swimming by seems to be the guardian of these waters, witnessing the thrilling battles between humans and fish.
The mouth of the Brisbane River offers a unique landscape. The confluence of salt and freshwater nurtures a diverse ecosystem, with lush mangroves and tangled roots in the water. Various estuarine fish, such as bass and catfish, thrive here. In the early morning, mist shrouds the river, and anglers move through it, as if in an ink painting. In the evening, the setting sun casts a golden glow on the river, creating a shimmering scene. Fishing boats return to shore, bathed in the golden light, creating a warm and beautiful picture, a memorable highlight of a Brisbane fishing trip.

Departing from the Holt St. Wharf ferry in Brisbane, the center of the sea outside the sea, the Morton Island in the vast sand island.
The shipwrecked out of the coral, a sunset that met each other.
The setting sun and the seagulls are playing in the sunset, the dolphins jump out of the sea and return to the nightfall.

Moreton Island, Australia, is the third largest sand island in the world, with 98% of the area covered by national parks. Known for its wild dolphins, it is also known as the "Dolphin Island." It is located in the Pacific Ocean, so you can see whales, seabirds, large groups of dolphins, and sand, but because few people know about it, there are not many tourists. Moreton Island is actually quite big, not far from Brisbane, the Gold Coast. It should be awesome to play for a few days, watching dolphins during the day and watching the stars at night. There are resorts on the island. If you are interested in having time to stay, you can find out about yourself.

Brisbane MORETON ISLAND is the third largest sand island in the world. The island is the same island as the honeymoon. The local government of the entire island is only allowed to develop 2% of the place. It can be said that it is a very original island. This island is the only place in the world where you can personally feed wild dolphins. Every day, visitors from all over the world come to experience or watch. The other is the Tiange Luma shipwreck. You can take a yacht to the shipwreck area and dive from the boat. The interior of the ship explores the creatures in the sea. In addition, the island can also book a variety of excursions such as transparent bottom boats and helicopter roundabouts.
MORETON ISLAND I came here for the first time. I felt like a love at first sight. After I got off the ferry, I saw a bunch of wild donkeys and many seagulls snorkeling in the sun, not afraid of people. The family of dolphins living in the nearby waters will happily come over to eat nightingales after sunset (waiting for tourists to feed small fish). There are many Chinese staff on the island, and they are super envious of their ability to live on this large, original island. They can see wild dolphins, pelicans and seagulls every day.
