The shining jewel of Qatar, Doha is a multicultural city, home to most of the country's population as well as expatriate communities from a range of origins. Shopping abounds in the city's plentiful malls, while the Corniche impresses visitors with picturesque architecture and dazzling views of the harbor. Doha boasts myriad cultural facilities, including the futuristic Education City and the National Museum. With one of the most stunning skylines anywhere—glass towers twist, turn, and defy gravity—Qatar's capital city of Doha gives an unforgettable first impression. Everything you see was built after 1971, when this former pearl-fishing village became the capital, so it looks like a movie set in the not-too-distant future. The National Museum of Qatar and the Museum of Islamic Art are architectural masterpieces. Soccer is the favorite local sport, closely followed by shopping. There are massive malls filled with luxury-seekers, but don’t miss the simple stalls at Souq Waqif. Outside city limits, Doha dissolves into desert, popular for sandboarding and other sports. On a peninsula extending into the Persian Gulf, Qatar is ringed by snowy white beaches, many an easy drive from Doha. I love Doha QATAR 🇶🇦. best Fifa World Cup presentation is Doha QATAR.

Very interesting museum located at one end of the Corniche. Gives an excellent history of Doha and the transformation that is taking place. Museums in Doha are free to visit. Take a walk along the 7km Corniche and visit the Islamic Art Museum at the other end. An interesting city expanding for the future.

Beautiful inside and out. Definitely take pictures of this museum from the front (street side) outside at dusk - the pics are stunning! Inside the architecture is pretty neat too. I love jewelry so definitely loved seeing that section of the museum. They have an outside patio where you can take amazing pictures of center city Doha as well. There is a cafe inside if you desire coffee, deserts, snacks, water, etc.

To Go to Turkey in the middle of Qatar Doha, half a day to play the Kadha Museum of Islamic Art, far from being attracted by the distinctive appearance, like a veiled woman.
The collection in the museum is full of exotic styles. I have always liked museums, but when I saw the collection in front of me, I was shocked.
The staff in the hall are dressed in national costumes and form a perfect blend with the collections in the museum.

Islamic Art Located on an artificial island off the coastline of Doha, the museum displays Islamic fine arts and crafts in a magnificent and imaginative way. It is a more comprehensive Islamic-themed museum that showcases the changing traditions of Islamic art for more than 1,400 years, including paintings, glassware, metalwork, ceramics, textiles and other important periods such as Mughal and Safavid. manuscript. The
museum's unique exterior shape has quickly become a landmark in Doha. The building is made up of simple white limestone, including a unique geometrical main building, a wing and a large central courtyard. The main building is five stories high, including ceramics exhibition area, glass craft exhibition area, textile exhibition area, etc. The exhibition history spans from the 7th to the 19th century, and some are called treasures of Islamic art. Among them, the precious ones are the white ceramic bowls from Iraq in the 9th century and the bronze casting fountains in the shape of the 10th century ewe.

The architecture of Doha is very distinctive and it is easy to remember them in the lines of design design; the streets here are also very clean and the people are very good, so Qatar is also one of the safest countries in the world...
Doha is the political, economic and cultural center of Qatar. It is a beautiful and mysterious city. The low-key and quiet is the most impressive impression of the city. Because the population is not very large, there are few pedestrians on the street, and the reason why the oil country is rich is that there are very few taxis. There are no squeaking of large and small vehicles, no crowds of people who go to work. The city quietly, when the sun came out, still can't believe that this is not the night.
I have to start back to my big sky, and the plane should not be late, otherwise I will not be able to pick up the car in the back. After 9 hours, my motherland will see you.

The first time I heard about this country and the city was because of the Doha Asian Games in Qatar in 2006. The highly modern Doha is the capital of Qatar, a local country. The whole country is relatively small and is surrounded by the Persian Gulf.
Doha is also the largest city in Kata, a famous port along the Persian Gulf, an international metropolis, Qatar's political, economic, cultural and transportation center.
Before stopping at the Museum of Islamic Art, miss Mr. Pei Ming!
The weather is good, the 9-hour flight is swept away and empty.

A magical country that brings together many INS Net Red Art Pavilions!
Speaking of Qatar, a country located in the middle of the west coast of the Arabian Gulf, the ancient Greeks called it "Katara", which the Romans called "Katalar", which the ancient Arabs called "Catalila". Its predecessor was the Qatari emirate, established by Sani Ben Muhammad in 1846, and then officially declared independence on September 1, 1971, before we got Qatar on the map. You can be sure that as long as you are born in Qatar, you are a real Qatar, then when you are born, you don't have to spend a penny on your health, and your child can enjoy free education. Even the water and electricity gas used in life is paid by the government without spending a penny. The per capita annual income is also more than 800,000, so it can be said that all localities are local tyrants. Chinese citizens can stay in Qatar for a period of no more than 30 days with valid Chinese diplomatic, official, official and ordinary passports.
First visit Qatar Must-do card points: Vaughan Market, Islamic Art Museum, National Mosque, Katara Cultural Village, etc.
First visit Qatar Must experience: desert sand washing, Vaughan main street food, coastal road watching sunset (Doha city skyline).

Visit to Doha
My visit to Doha was a rich experience combining modern culture and Arab heritage. The city is famous for its stunning architecture, where you can see luxurious skyscrapers alongside historical monuments.
Walking around the lively atmosphere of Souq Waqif was enjoyable. The market is lined with shops selling handicrafts, spices, and traditional foods.
Visiting the Museum of Islamic Art was a special moment because the exhibitions included artworks reflecting the history and culture of the Islamic world. I also enjoyed walking along the Doha Corniche, which offers a stunning view of the bay.
The dining experience was truly delicious as I tasted Qatari traditional dishes like 'machboos' and 'hummus.' The flavors were rich and distinct.
I recommend everyone to visit Doha to explore its beauty and unique culture. It is a wonderful travel destination worth discovering! 🕌🌊

Qatar Doha: A journey through time to the treasures of the Middle East.
1. Visa
Qatar has a visa-free policy for Chinese citizens, which is like a key to open the door to a magical world. With a passport valid for at least 6 months, you can stay in Qatar for 30 days and travel to the mysterious and charming world of Doha without any obstacles.
2. Best time to travel
The four seasons in Doha are like a changing movement. From November to March of the following year, the climate is as gentle as a touch, cool and pleasant, with an average temperature of about 20-25°C. This is the golden time for outdoor activities and sightseeing. Every scene is like a masterpiece carefully drawn by nature. From June to September, it is like a passionate chapter. The temperature is high, but there are also unique benefits of hotel price concessions.
3. Transportation
• Airport: Hamad International Airport is like an air bridge connecting the world, with many international and domestic flights taking off and landing here. Taxis at the airport are queued in an orderly manner in designated areas, allowing you to quickly and comfortably reach the city; airport buses are also a good choice, starting a smooth transition from the air to the ground.
• City transportation: Doha's public transportation system is like the city's veins, with subways and buses crisscrossing. The subway is clean and fast, covering the main areas of Doha, like an underground expressway, taking you through the bustling city.
4. Attractions
• Museum of Islamic Art: This is a building with artistic shock, designed by Master Pei. The white building exterior is simple and elegant, shining with a holy light in the sun. The museum houses a large collection of Islamic art treasures, from exquisite ceramics, gorgeous carpets to precious manuscripts, etc. Each exhibit carries the profound cultural heritage of Islam, as if telling the story of ancient civilization, allowing tourists to immerse themselves in a strong artistic atmosphere.
• Waqif Old Market: Walking into the Waqif Old Market is like traveling to the ancient Arab world. On both sides of the narrow and winding streets, there are a dazzling array of goods, from traditional spices, exquisite handicrafts to gorgeous clothing, everything. The market is filled with a unique aroma of various spices, and the shouts of vendors and the laughter of tourists are intertwined, creating a lively and full of life atmosphere. Here, you can fully experience the traditional Arab commercial culture.
• Doha Coastal Boulevard: This is a beautiful boulevard that winds along the coastline. On one side is a modern city building, with high-rise buildings showing the prosperity of Doha; on the other side is the endless blue sea, with waves gently hitting the shore, creating layers of white waves. Walking along the coastal boulevard, you can feel the vitality of the city and enjoy the tranquility of the seaside. You can also take a break in the cafes and restaurants along the way, enjoy the beautiful scenery while tasting delicious food.

Doha, Qatar, a mysterious city in a wonderful country...
Explore the Arab world and experience exotic customs. I came to Doha for work. I visited the venues for the 2006 Asian Games built by our compatriots, as well as local cultural landscapes and customs. Here is a travel guide to Doha, Qatar that I have summarized:

- Museum of Islamic Art: Designed by I. M. Pei, the building itself is a work of art. The museum displays Islamic art from around the world. Admission is free.
- National Museum of Qatar: The unique "desert rose" exterior design and the interior displays of Qatar's history are free to visit.

- Parisian Cuisine: In Souq Waqif, it is a Persian-style restaurant suitable for eating barbecue, and the price is moderate.
- The Chedi Katara Hotel & Resort Afternoon Tea: The environment is beautiful, facing the Arabian Gulf, with a private beach. The price of afternoon tea for two is 395 Qatari riyals (about 800 RMB).
- Kamachi Restaurant: A popular Indian-style restaurant in Katara Cultural Village, the dishes are close to Chinese cuisine, and the per capita consumption depends on the order.
- Chabrat Al Mina Restaurant: A local restaurant with high reviews, about 300 RMB per capita, but reservations are required for many people.
- Precautions:
- Language communication: The official language is Arabic, and English is common, but local residents have a heavy English accent.
- Dress code: Ladies should avoid wearing sleeveless, miniskirts or transparent clothes in public places, and men should avoid wearing vests and shorts; when visiting religious sites, avoid wearing miniskirts or shorts.

Qatar Doha | Museum of Islamic Art
The Museum of Islamic Art. When we think of the masterpieces left to the world by the Chinese architectural master Mr. I. M. Pei, we might think of the glass pyramid of the Louvre, or the Jiangnan charm of the Suzhou Museum's main building, but his true final work is actually this Museum of Islamic Art in Qatar Doha.
It took him two years to find inspiration for the architecture around the world, and finally, he incorporated elements of a thousand years of Islamic civilization into every architectural detail.
As the master said, the most beautiful architecture should be built above time, and time will give all the answers. The light-colored stones placed on the exterior change their form with the light and shadow. The five-story high glass curtain wall on the north facade presents a majestic panorama of the bay. The interior uses a large number of Islamic patterns, with metal-wrapped geometric shapes symbolizing the sun's light in the desert, creating a powerful sense of awe with precise and pure geometry. If you look at it from the sea, it is as if you see an Islamic woman under a veil, enchanting and vivid.
The Museum of Islamic Art is even more interesting for its exhibits. It houses the personal collection of the legendary Dowager Queen of Qatar, Sheikha Mozah. Her appeal lies not only in her more inspirational life story than Zhen Huan but also in her unique artistic taste. The treasures she bought from all over the world are all placed in Doha's National Museum and this Museum of Islamic Art.
The Museum of Islamic Art mainly houses artifacts related to Islamic culture. It categorizes and introduces artifacts from ancient Persia such as miniature paintings, carpets, porcelain, etc.; Ottoman Turkey's gold and silverware, ceramics; Mughal India's jewelry; Southeast Asian handicrafts; and even artifacts from the Muslim period in Spain.
There is also a Silk Road pavilion, which displays artifacts from a Chinese merchant ship of the maritime Silk Road salvaged in Indonesian waters. The highlights are two Longquan celadon plates from Zhejiang and a jade pot with Qianlong's poetry. In addition, there are Muslim element porcelains and ancient books.
The most impressive is the current first-floor boutique exhibition, which displays artifacts from ancient Persia such as miniature paintings, carpets, and clothing customs. Sasha just returned from Iran, having seen the splendor of Isfahan and the culture of Ferdowsi's tomb, and now seeing the manuscript illustrations of Ferdowsi's 'Shahnameh' and old oil paintings of Isfahan, truly feels like time traveling.
The museum's opening hours are: 9 am - 7 pm (Saturday - Thursday); Friday 1 pm - 7 pm
However, the hours vary greatly during Ramadan. When I visited, it opened at 8 pm and closed at midnight , so it's recommended to check the opening hours before setting out.

Qatar | Comprehensive Guide to the Museum of Islamic Art in Doha
This Museum of Islamic Art is one of the two must-visit museums in Doha (the other is the Qatar National Museum), located on an artificial island next to the Doha Corniche, it is the masterpiece of I. M. Pei. Yes, the same designer who designed the Louvre's glass pyramid entrance, the Suzhou Museum, and the Bank of China Tower in Hong Kong. This museum is the most comprehensive museum themed on Islamic art to date, why? Because the country is rich and can afford to buy.
🎫Ticket: 50 local currency per person for foreigners (about ¥100 RMB)
📍Address: The museum is located on a specially constructed island next to the Doha Corniche.
🚇Transportation: It is recommended to take a taxi. I walked there (because the hotel was booked nearby), and there are no subway stations nearby. Taxis in Qatar are not expensive and the meter is very regular.
📝Visit time: It is recommended to reserve at least half a day for the visit.
✨Highlights of the visit:
👉In order to build this museum, the first step was to create this artificial island, with the aim of not having any other buildings around to disrupt the overall brilliance. This area is composed of a five-story main building and adjacent wing buildings. The main building is formed in a geometric overlay style, creating an Islamic architectural style, with a high dome atrium inside the central tower. The exterior of the building doesn't look like much from afar, but up close in the sunlight, you can appreciate the master's attention to detail, the changes in light and shadow are just amazing.
👉The interior of the building is also very spectacular, the round hole in the dome of the atrium can capture and reflect the patterned light inside the multi-faceted dome. The extremely high windows on the north side offer a spectacular panoramic view of the entire Doha Bay. If you're tired from walking around, it's a good choice to have a cup of coffee and afternoon tea here.
👉Each floor of the museum is an exhibition area, you can take the stairs or the elevator, and browse floor by floor. Here, cultural treasures from the Islamic world from the 7th to the 19th centuries are collected, including various metal products, ceramics, books, jewelry, wood carvings, historical relics, etc., collected from all over the world. If you want to take your time and browse, you can spend a whole day here.
📸Photo suggestions:
😬The museum's central lobby café faces the new city of Doha and the Persian Gulf, with excellent views. Standing at the stairs to take a distant view is even more impressive.
😬The terraces on both sides of the museum are the best places to appreciate and photograph the old and new cityscapes of Doha, especially the arc-shaped terrace on the left side can capture the night view of the new city of Doha, and the terrace on the right side can capture the sunset and night view of the old city of Doha.
😬On the road at the entrance of the museum, with the museum as the background, if it's sunset, the light is even more beautiful.
📌Notes:
1. Closed on Fridays
2. Photography is allowed in the museum, but flash is prohibited. (If you take a flash photo, someone will come and tell you.)

A trip to Qatar
#wecreate
I recently embarked on a journey to Qatar, a tiny country in the Middle East. I was intrigued to see what this oil-rich country had to offer.
I arrived in Doha, the capital of Qatar, and was immediately struck by the juxtaposition of the old and the new. The city is home to traditional Islamic architecture, such as the Grand Mosque, as well as modern skyscrapers and shopping malls.
I spent a few days exploring Doha, visiting the Souq Waqif, a traditional marketplace, and the Museum of Islamic Art. I also took a boat ride on the Doha Corniche, a waterfront walkway.
One of the highlights of my trip was visiting the desert. I went on a desert safari, which included dune bashing, camel riding, and sandboarding. It was an exhilarating experience!
I had a wonderful time in Qatar. It is a country with a rich history and culture, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique travel experience.

Visitors can admire intricate calligraphy, finely crafted metalwork, stunning carpets, and delicate ceramics. The collection includes pieces from the Ottoman Empire, Mughal India, Persia, Andalusia, and other significant Islamic regions.
Finally, the museum hosts a café which overlooks the wonderful Corniche waterfront and in the distance the amazing Doha skyline with skyscrapers. A suggestion would be to visit the museum and finish by 6pm and sit down in the café area to look at the wonderful lit skyline.

Qatar local time at 5:30 in the morning, Good Morning and Doha!
Qatar Airways in the country is quite good, single row of ten large aircraft, each seat is equipped with pillows, wash bags (including eye masks, earplugs, etc.), blankets, etc. After sleeping in a movie, I took a nap (Figure 8 World movie is the head of the international chapter), maybe the seat is more comfortable, flying for one night (nearly 10 hours), I dont feel tired, I will take everyone to see you on the return journey. This Middle Eastern country continues to fly for a while...
