You must stay here when you come to Shanghai!!!
Japanese-style hot spring hotel in Shanghai, pretending to be in Japan
Winter is here and I really want to take a bath. I happened to find a Japanese-style hotel in Shanghai, and each room has its own hot spring pool. I went to experience it on Saturday!
Yuyado Wataya Hotel, Building 3, No. 1247 Meichuan Road
The location is very hidden, so it has the feeling of a hidden paradise in the city. The hotel is not big, but there is a small Japanese rock garden. It has a super Japanese style, as if you are in Kyoto.
The price ranges from 600 to 2,500. I stayed in a room for more than 700. I think this price is acceptable for family trips. Their family courtyard room feels great! The hot spring pool is in the courtyard! The courtyard is also very beautiful, so I will stay there if I have the chance!
First of all, the room names are really beautiful. I stayed in a room called Ying Liao, and the other names are also very beautiful. There are too many to remember, but I really patiently looked at the names of each room.
The room feels very authentic, with Japanese tatami mats and a split-level design, making the space very comfortable. The bedding is very comfortable, and I feel like I can fall asleep in minutes.
There are two packs of ginger soup, which is really good for blood circulation. After soaking, the whole person feels super comfortable and sleeps better.
There is a restaurant, and it is said that the food is good.
The concept of this hotel is very touching
"When accommodation, courtyard, season, and mood are integrated, you will feel the true beauty of Japanese style again."

The tea master’s professional and fluid techniques brought us into his state of mind. Here, drinking tea becomes a ceremonial experience, accompanied by exquisite fruits and pastries 🥮
With the arrival of autumn, there is also an exclusive osmanthus tea fragrance experience.

You can dream of Kyoto without leaving Shanghai; it's time to take a dip in the hot springs||Shanghai's recent days and nights
||Shanghai's recent days and nights. The cold wind at night chills to the bone😩, making you shiver, but there's a private onsen hotel in the city that can transport you to Japan in a second. Are you girls coming or not!
Not only can you enjoy the tranquility in the 🔈noisy city center, but you can also enjoy a private onsen bath🛀 in each room, which is so spacious that there's plenty of room even for me and my sister👭! You get 2 packs of onsen powder with your stay, with a variety of scents like rose and sea salt to choose from~
After soaking, you can dress up in a beautiful kimono, step into wooden clogs, and 📷start photo mode, which is definitely something no girl would refuse!
All the decorations in the hotel are personally designed📚 by the owner who has spent 15 years in Japan🗾. The experience really rivals that of Japan; it feels so good!
✅Key points: You can book a floating afternoon tea☕, and you can also book the hotel's dining, which features imported fresh ingredients that are no less than those of the big-name Japanese restaurants outside.
✅In the outdoor courtyard, you can also take a set of Japanese-style photos in the pavilion in the afternoon sun. The hotel's pond even has koi fish🐟, really giving off that small Kyoto in Japan feel~
🏨: Imperial Residence and Garden
📍: Located on Meichuan Road in Shanghai, right outside the door is the Zhenbei Road subway station and a popular shopping district! Hurry up and make plans~

Hidden in the magic city, a quintessential Japanese hotel offers an instant Kyoto experience
It's rare to find such a richly designed Japanese garden in the bustling city, reminiscent of the hotel's design philosophy: 'Only when accommodation and garden seasons blend with one's mood can one truly appreciate the beauty of Japan', which is quite touching.
Lobby
The hotel lobby's solid wood long table is adorned with objects collected by the founder, Zhang Jing. According to the staff, there will also be many traditional craftsmen's cultural and artistic performances at specific times. The front desk displays a variety of items, and you don't need to go to Japan to take authentic photos of kimonos.
Rooms
The hotel covers an area of 3,000 square meters, but to ensure the best effect, only 34 rooms were made. In addition to the garden rooms on the first floor themed after the four seasons, the other 30 rooms are named after Japanese plants. The three rooms we stayed in are named Qianliang, Yamabuki, and Manzuo, and just the names are appealing. The room types are roughly divided into garden rooms, duplex rooms, and double rooms. The three rooms we stayed in were all double rooms, with Qianliang being the most noteworthy as it is a 270-degree panoramic room with floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a superb view of the meticulously crafted Japanese garden from the window.
Private Bath, Tea Ceremony
All rooms come with a private bath, which is the hotel's biggest feature, fully replicating the essence of a Japanese hot spring hotel. They also come with volcanic rocks, and the water is softened, with a variety of imported bath salts provided, making for a truly pleasant bath. Additionally, the hotel's owner has integrated the Japanese tea ceremony, and each room is equipped with custom tea sets.
Amenities
Tea ceremony performances, kimono experiences, divine Japanese cuisine, after passing through an entrance with distinctive Japanese characteristics and entering the hotel's black sliding doors, it feels like arriving in Japan. The hotel also has its own Japanese restaurant, Yakushima, with both private rooms and hall seating, and the taste is quite good.
Experience
According to the hotel staff, many people who come to stay here are willing to give up their subsequent travel plans just to spend a few more days here. If you're looking for a rare staycation amidst a busy schedule, Yushu and Ting is a great choice.

In Shanghai, enjoy the luxury of a private onsen and Japanese-style photography at the Yu Su He Ting Hotel
📍Detailed address:
Building 3, No. 1247 Meichuan Road, Putuo District, Shanghai
The hotel is located right next to the central ring road, making transportation extremely convenient, whether you're driving or taking public transport. It's hard to imagine that such a secluded paradise-like private hotel exists in the heart of Shanghai.
🏨Hotel environment:
The courtyard rooms are simple and elegant Japanese-style rooms. The combination of natural wood and beige colors creates a tranquil and soft atmosphere, filled with a holiday vibe. The tatami platform extends to the outdoor courtyard: red maples, lounge chairs, water features, soaking pools... It's a truly refreshing experience.
The hotel offers complimentary bath bags and open-air bath additives, allowing you to fully enjoy a private onsen in your own room's courtyard.
There's also a special floating afternoon tea. The tea service is filled with Christmas atmosphere, as well as Japanese mochi, fruit parfait, plum wine, and clear tea.
Lying comfortably in the soaking pool, pouring some plum wine, nibbling on tea snacks, and playing touching music on your phone... It's definitely a heavenly and cozy enjoyment~
The hotel also has a Japanese restaurant 'Yakushima' on the first floor, offering set meals during lunchtime,
and if you're lucky, there might be Japanese song and dance performances during dinner.
🌟Highlights:
The 'Sancha Butterfly House' kimono experience shop located in the hotel is also a major feature of Yu Su He Ting. There are many brightly colored and beautiful kimonos to choose from.
Professional instructors will assist with dressing, and you can also opt for hair styling services, complemented by various beautiful accessories, for an instant glamorous transformation.
Kimono services are available all day on weekends, and on weekdays (during autumn and winter), they are only available from 10:00-15:00, so be mindful of the time!
❤Recommended reason:
This may be one of the best places in Shanghai for shooting Japanese kimono photography.
The hotel has a beautiful courtyard, with ponds, stone lanterns, and plants, all arranged with exquisite care.
During the autumn and winter seasons, the ginkgo trees turn yellow, and the maple leaves turn red, making every angle as beautiful as a painting.

Shanghai Japanese-style Punch-in Hotel, my friends all say I've traveled to Japan!
The entire hotel is filled with Japanese aesthetics. It's the only hotel in Shanghai where all room types come with a private onsen. The rooms are equipped with welcome fruits, complimentary drinks in the fridge, a variety of Japanese sake, and both Chinese and Japanese-style bathrobes prepared in the wardrobe.
The hotel provides disposable bath bags and bath salts with various scents imported from Japan.
They offer kimono photography.
The young men in kimonos, greeting and serving in Japanese, have an excellent service attitude.
Location: 15-20 minutes walk from the True North Road station on Metro Line 13. Near the Central Ring Bailian, it's very convenient for dining and ordering takeout, and there's a Metro supermarket across the street.
Price:
Booked a deal for 999 for two nights, averaging 450/night. The regular average price per night for the rooms is 600-700.
It's indeed very nice, and it feels great to experience the characteristics and food culture of Japan. I hope everyone can come and experience it!

It's so good that you don't want to check out, hurry up and bring your sisters to experience it!!
I found a good place to relax for workers with friends.
The rising mist in the Japanese courtyard, the scent of grass from the bath salts, feels very Zen. The first travel photography record of a novice
: OYADO HOTEL
Address: 1st Floor, Building 3, No. 1247 Meichuan Road, Shanghai
-Environment
The location is quiet in the midst of noise, the hotel only has three floors, not many rooms, with a medium-sized Japanese garden landscape area, when the sun is good, it's very pleasant to move around outside.
-Room
Originally, only the deluxe double room (the round pool for bathing is relatively small) could be booked on Ctrip. We arrived at the hotel at 3 pm, which was quite early. The front desk told us that we could upgrade to a courtyard room, so we quickly paid extra to upgrade.
The courtyard room is on the first floor, the room is very large, with a matching Japanese courtyard and square pool, surrounded by bamboo walls, decorated with flowers and plants, full of atmosphere.
-About the private bath
1. A disposable pool set is given at check-in, if you are worried about hygiene, you can put it on the outside of the pool before adding water, the downside is that it's not very photogenic.
2. There are also two complimentary bath salts, which relax the body and mind and moisturize the skin when added to the water.
3. Floating afternoon tea is 168 per set, which needs to be added separately. It looks good in photos, but it's just ordinary delicious when you actually eat it.
-Hotel facilities & services (small complaints)
1. The bathroom, perhaps for the sake of atmosphere, only has dim yellow light, and there is no extendable magnifying makeup mirror like other hotels. Sisters who need to make up/makeup may need to bring their own light mirror.

The hotel has three floors in one building, with only 34 rooms in total. The rooms are named after flowers and trees. The rooms are not large but each room has a private soup, with disposable plastic bags and Japanese bath agents. The prepared little yellow duck can be said to be very cute, and other soft drinks in the refrigerator are free except for wine.
When you return to the room, the housekeeper will bring up the floating afternoon tea. It is very comfortable to have afternoon tea while soaking in the soup. The taste of the snacks is very good, and there is also a free gift of snack fruit gift box.

🌌The Zen-style design of the hotel makes people feel as if they are in Tokyo. The space is spacious and comfortable, and the visual senses are excellent. The corridor is filled with a faint fragrance, which makes people feel happy. The hotel also provides a large number of kimonos for us to choose from, whether it is a couple or a girlfriend, you can find your own style.

Shanghai Yusu and Ting Hotel
🤤It's been too long since I went to Japan, I'm itching, I can't go to Japan to soak in the hot springs this year, taking advantage of the holiday, I arranged this Japanese hot spring hotel in my collection in Shanghai.
