Kedah Paddy Museum - 360 panoramic painting of paddy field view. They have revolving stage with 360° mural of top view of Gunung Keriang and Alor Setar landscape and community life painted.
The mural is 8 metres high and 103 metres in length.
The painting is the work of 60 North Korean artists who spent 2 years living in nearby villages as part of their pre-mural research and they complete the entire painting within 6 months.
After make payment, they will lead you to spiral staircase that connect to 3rd floor. During the walk, it feel like you are walking inside gunung keriang where you can heard hollow sound of water drop, bat sound and cold breeze.
A well done imposter of actual gunung keriang experience. When you reach top level you will surround by the mural of paddy field

Really interesting place. The museum and displays are really interesting but what makes it is the 360 degree view from the top. The painting and the detail is excellent.
Nice knowledge gained and conducive indoor with superb mural. Good picture taken at outdoor a short distance. It will be perfect if there are outdoor activities like real plouging paddy field and hand on experience.
