Hengdian World Studios
I really liked Hengdian Studios! Take your time to explore and enjoy the pop up shows, decor amd architecture. It feels like a different world, walking around all these beautiful spots.
Getting There - It's easy to get around. Although the studios are scattered around, you can just get a Didi to take you to the different studios.
Attractions - There's a lot to see and it's big...I would recommend you take two days if you want to do it at a leisurely pace. I squeezed all of them into one day...it's doable but then you are rushed.
Hotels - There's a lot of hotels around Hengdian that you can choose according to your own preferences.
Food & Restaurants - There's snack stalls where you can buy something to eat and drink.
Shopping - You have to go through a shop to exit the attraction where you can buy memorabilias.

Hengdian Studios has also built a one-to-one imitation version of the Beijing Forbidden City for film and television creation. It was built with 13 mountains, and now it is also a tourist. This attraction is the Ming and Qing Palace of Hengdian. The Ming and Qing Palaces use the Forbidden City as a template, copying and constructing 1:1, referring to the palace construction techniques of the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the imposing palace square, the magnificent palace of the emperor, and the Forbidden City. spell.

The Imperial Garden of the Ming and Qing Dynasties is the most difficult royal garden to replicate
I have visited the Ming and Qing Imperial Gardens multiple times, always just passing by the Imperial Garden. That day, I finally wasn't distracted by the nearby "Eight Banners Horse Battle" and made a special trip into the Imperial Garden to take a look.
If the red walls and golden tiles can be replicated, then the grass and trees of the Forbidden City's Imperial Garden in Beijing cannot be reproduced elsewhere. Therefore, although it bears the name "garden," what you mainly see are the houses, which are no different from other attractions in the Ming and Qing Imperial Gardens.
There are no stunning flowers or trees in the Imperial Garden, which is understandable after all, as visitors are not real royalty. However, it is hard to understand why they would place fake peonies in the garden; after all, visitors can see clearly. Perhaps, a drama crew left them behind by mistake, or maybe, the scenic area deliberately used fake flowers to deceive people. In any case, as soon as the fake flowers appear, the temperament of the Imperial Garden begins to shift towards that of a vegetable market.
Next to the Imperial Garden is a Nine-Dragon Wall, where many tourists come to check in, overshadowing the Imperial Garden itself. In the end, it's still about not having enough flowers. I think what Hengdian lacks the least are antique houses. It took great effort to build an Imperial Garden, and if the focus were on planting flowers and plants, the effect might be better.

The Forbidden City's Secret Play reveals the 'magic' of visuals
Spider-Man swiftly weaves between skyscrapers, martial arts masters leap off hundred-meter cliffs, and warriors ride away on their steeds... We are often captivated by the thrilling and exciting scenes in movies and TV shows, but if you watch the program 'The Forbidden City's Secret Play' at the Hengdian Ming and Qing Palaces, you will have an epiphany: Oh! So that's how it's done.
All sorts of incredible visual effects can be achieved through green screen chroma key filming techniques. And you can do it yourself.
'The Forbidden City's Secret Play of Yanxi Strategy' at the Hengdian Ming and Qing Palaces uses green screen chroma key filming techniques, allowing the audience to indulge in an immersive experience and get a taste of being the protagonist.
Moreover, it's also a comedy show. At the beginning, the director dismisses the actress singing on the second-floor balcony, criticizing her for singing blindly without considering the occasion. Then, a young lady informs the director that all four main actors are unavailable.
The tour guide, covered in metaphorical 'pigeon wounds', suddenly becomes 'Sister Yang Lin' and, after a bout of complaining, randomly selects three men and a woman from the tourists to save the day. The girl plays Wei Yingluo. The director tells a young man: Your role is the Emperor. The young man is overjoyed. Unexpectedly, the director continues: The most important thing beside you... is a tree.
When the performance starts, what appears to be a simple stage is simultaneously shown on the big screen as thrilling and exciting scenes. The actors can ascend to the heavens or descend into the earth at will. Want to fly? OK, just lie on the green table, spread your arms, and shake them a bit. After the performance, the program team gives the video to the four 'actors' and asks them to go back and show off.
Hehe, rather than calling it 'The Forbidden City's Secret Play', it might as well be called 'Green Screen Revealed'. If you want to experience flying to the heavens and burrowing into the earth, why not give it a try on stage.

The Imperial Cuisine Museum of the Qing Palace, come and see what the emperors ate
Hengdian World Studios is centered around the historical and cultural heritage of China's 5,000 years, and has built several themed museums. Such as the China Film Projector Museum, the Life in the Song Dynasty Market Museum, the Overseas Commodities Museum, the Piano Museum, the Yong'anli 1931, and so on.
The Imperial Cuisine Museum of the Qing Palace is located on the west side of the Hall of Supreme Harmony in the Ming and Qing Dynasties Palace Scenic Area, in the Hongyi Pavilion. Starting from different perspectives such as ingredients, utensils, recipes, and dining etiquette, the museum uses a large number of texts, pictures, cultural relics, specimens, and food models to display and exhibit, allowing visitors to fully understand the profound history of the imperial cuisine of the Ming and Qing Dynasties in China.
Governing a large country is like cooking a small fish, the ancients learned about life from their diet and also elevated their diet in their lives. With the change of dynasties, a large number of stories related to gourmet food have been left behind.
During the Qianlong Emperor's southern tours, the Jiangsu and Zhejiang cuisines flourished. Qianlong was an experienced 'donkey friend' (traveler) and also a super 'foodie'. He made several southern tours and was fond of southern dishes. Local officials, in order to cater to his preferences, made tremendous efforts, resulting in a large number of famous chefs and dishes. Most of the famous dishes and snacks from Jiangsu and Zhejiang were standardized during this period.
Empress Dowager Cixi's imperial meals turned into a show of recipes. Cixi's lunch required 100 dishes, completed by 50 imperial chefs, each responsible for two dishes. This Empress Dowager was not an elephant, so she just tasted a few bites. To ensure Cixi's satisfaction, the Imperial Household Department needed to prepare a menu in advance for Cixi to choose from. This practice was later referred to by the people as 'putting on a show'.
The second floor of the museum also introduces China's eight major cuisines one by one: Zhejiang cuisine is delicate, Fujian cuisine is rich, Hunan cuisine is bold, Cantonese cuisine is elegant, Jiangsu cuisine is graceful, Anhui cuisine is fragrant, Sichuan cuisine is spicy, and Shandong cuisine is mellow. It is uncertain whether such summaries are accurate.

The Ming and Qing Palace of Hengdian is the most famous tourist attraction in Hengdian. It is also a series of film and television dramas such as Yanqi Raiders, rumors, such as the rumored location, built according to the proportion of the Palace Museum 1:1, even more surprising is In the Ming and Qing Dynasties, there is a secret play area in the Qing Palace. You can change into a Qing Palace costume to play through.
-swenty-.
Hengdian Studios, where is the most attractive place for you? It is the largest film and television shooting base in the world, or it can be used to cross the scenes in the drama, or to find stars here. On the third day of the May 1st Golden Week, millions of tourists saw Zhu Yin in the Ming and Qing Palace of Hengdian Film and Television City, the purple-eyed fairy who smiled and moved. When she was on the scene, when she said the line with the national Cantonese, the audience was sensational. I think the same picture appeared in everyones mind.

Looking at the picture, did you think that I came to the Forbidden City in Beijing? No, here is the Hengdian Palace Temple Fair, authentic Beijing flavor! The venue is selected at 1

The Forbidden City in Beijing is the imperial palace of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. And the Hengdian in Zhejiang, which is nearly 3,000 miles away from Beijing, according to the Forbidden City in Beijing 1

Ming and Qing Palace is based on the Forbidden City in Beijing.

The story of the Qing opera is mostly in the harem, so where is the harem, that is, the place where the emperor's maidens live. Since ancient times, life and office have been separated. The construction city of the Forbidden City is definitely a sub-rule. The central axis is the office, so the east side of the central axis is the place of life, which is what we call the harem. Most of the pictures in the palace drama are shot here, especially the "Latent Raiders". .
This time, "The Raiders Raiders", because of the exquisite production, made my impression particularly impressive. For those scenes, it is also vivid. This time I came to the Ming and Qing Palace, I still looked for it specially, and it was really I found it, and it was a bit of a surprise.
The most frequent place in the TV series is this martyrdom. How many meeting scenes are taken here, it is naturally a hit place for TV dramas, so enjoyable.
can't fix the color in "The Raiders", but it is indeed my favorite place. I also believe that the Qing opera is filmed here. If you look closely, you can find that it is exactly the same as in the TV series.
Cheng Hao Palace? Chu Xiu Gong?? These palaces can't be matched one by one. There are no features at all. These houses can be combined at will, so it is easy to be confused in Hengdian. Don't take it seriously.
Qingming Gongyuan is really a good place for net red punching cards, taking you to play through minutes and experience the royal life hundreds of years ago.
Panda_Slow_Travel.
The Ming and Qing Dynasties Palace is very large, and it takes a lot of time in a circle. Fengtian Temple is the main hall of the Forbidden City. It is the most magnificent hall, which is the place where people are called the Hall of Supreme Harmony. Many names still use the original name of the Forbidden City. Here is the place where the singer dances in the rumor.
Fengtian Temple is back to Zhonghe Temple, Baohe Hall, Ganqing Gate, Ganqing Palace, Jiaotai Hall, Kunning Palace, Kunning Gate, Shenwumen~~~ These names are very familiar. These are the places where TV shows often appear. When you actually came here, there is really a different feeling. Looking at these buildings, as if you really crossed into the TV series, imagine yourself as the emperor and the goddess. Brother, princess~~~.
From Damingmen to Chengtianmen to Taihe Temple and then to the back of the Qing Palace to Shenwumen, this is the main axis of the Forbidden City, crossing the entire Forbidden City, is the most essential route, and is the route that ordinary tourists walk.
Experience the charm of time and space in the Ming and Qing Palace, which was the yearning life in ancient times.

The main buildings of Hengdian Ming and Qing Palace are Taihe Temple, Ganqingmen Square, Ganqing Palace, Kunning Palace, Qifangzhai, Chengtianmen, Wumen, Yangxin Temple, Military Aircraft Office, and Xilu Liugong. On both sides of the central axis is another world. The old Beijing gray brick house was transplanted, as well as Yucheng, Tianqiao, and the Eight Hutongs... Many things that disappeared in Beijing are reproduced here.

There is also an amazing Qin Huai Ba Yan performance.

Ming and Qing Palace, this is the most familiar place for Hengdian.
A lot of Qing opera scenes are here.
"Ming and Qing Palace" is built according to the ratio of one to one in Beijing Forbidden City, covering an area of 1,500 acres

After reading the "Yanlan Raiders", I always wanted to come to the Ming and Qing Palace, but it was raining. In the rain, the scenes in the card play took pictures. A certain treasure line was slightly rough, and I will see the makeup!
Mingqing Gongyuan was the main location for shooting Yan Yan at that time. You can buy tickets for individual attractions online. You can eat and drink near Hengdian Studios. There are six scenic spots. You can go to another after shooting. Stroll around the scenic spot, maybe you can meet the star filming!
KRISTINA.
Ming and Qing Palace is one of the most classic scenic spots in Hengdian Film and Television City. It was built with the Forbidden City as the prototype 1:1, and it is also the largest film and television shooting base in Hengdian. Walking inside, I feel like I am in Beijing. I have a lot of space in the open space. I can rent a bicycle in it. In the summer, I can have a cool place, and there is a small road around the taste. The Royal Garden stays for a while and puts it on. The costumes shoot a crossover drama.
When I entered the door, I saw a large red, thinking that I was in Tiananmen Square in Beijing. With the first door inside, you will see a hot air balloon floating above your head. Looking at the palace balloon to see Hengdian, if you can't go to Turkey, it is better to come to Hengdian to experience a small-scale hot air balloon, there will be staff to pull you, 120 yuan for about a few minutes of experience time.
Because the sense of space is a 1:1 reduction, it can accommodate more travellers here, and it wont feel crowded. The summer sun is especially big, and sunscreen is a must. Friends who like to shoot can bring some ancient clothes, go to every small corner of no one, you can shoot a sense of crossing, you must prepare enough water, and do not add heat stroke in time.
