Raw Kitchen Hall located at ground floor of Else Hotel KL and nearby the Petaling Street. It's has very beautiful lighting with nice ambiance and very classy. The signature dish is called Black Mama. This dish is cooked with squid ink and topped with the raw egg yolks with prawn aside. They are quite full during weekend so make sure you have do a reservation online before you ahead to this restaurant. They do have limit dining hours which is 1 hours and 45 mins as their table turnover is very high, so it's quite rush after finished the eating need to leave already as the table already reserve to the next customer. Petaling Street & Kwai Cai Hong @ KL

I had stayed in Kuala Lumpur for 4 years in many years ago during my university time, my only impression to Petaling Street is a “pasar malam” selling counterfeit products by foreigner workers. As time passed, I re-visited again this year with my partner, it was so much different from last time. No doubt the aforesaid is still the same, additionally it became a street art with the new Kwai Cai Hong (鬼仔巷) which this is something we couldn’t really see and feel in our daily city life. I feel their 用心 and I appreciate it. Pay a one or two hours to visit here if by chance you travel to KL. 😜 note: you can easily Google the location by typing their names
